I feel like working with Casey is a game changer for me. I've always been very active but I wanted someone who could push me a bit harder and she certainly does. But the biggest improvement is with my diet. That was the hardest struggle for me but Casey's meal plans each week make it so much easier and I am more dedicated than I've ever been to reaching my health and wellness goals. I've worked with a personal trainer in the past but Casey goes above and beyond by really treating health and wellness in a holistic manner. She takes the time to really think about her clients and then tailors a program suited for them - that was something I never experienced before and I so appreciate it. I think that is the key to finally helping me reach my goals. She takes a very smart and scientific approach to her training and I absolutely trust her expertise; so much so that I committed to working with her for the next 9 months!

I couldn't be happier with a personal trainer. Mike is tough, knowledgeable, caring, but what's most important, he has the goods to back up everything he says and makes you do. This guy knows fitness, knows how to get you in the best shape of your life, and knows what your body needs to be healthy and beautiful. If you are serious about losing weight, getting toned, ripped, or even becoming a real athlete, this guy is for you. But he is super tough if you're lazy and non committed, because he genuinely cares more about your result than anything else. Overall, he is the absolute perfect trainer for anyone who really wants it.

Dominic is a great personal trainer and provides great nutrition plans as well. He takes the time to learn your goals and create a plan to help you achieve them and hold you accountable. In December of 2016 he made renovations to his gym and it is a great place to workout!

Katie has been my Personal Trainer for about six months. Katie is very thoughtful in her approach to helping me strengthen my body - especially to help fight Osteopenia. I appreciate her asking at each session how my body is feeling and if I'm having pain any place. I feel Katie has good knowledge of physiology and muscle structure in the body - I can count on her to advise me of stretches and exercises which will benefit my individual needs. I've been working with James as my personal trainer since February and he's been amazing! He genuinely cares about his clients and he works really hard to identify any issues going on inside of your body and he doesn't just throw you into a work out without assessing you. I've seen a lot of progress in myself since working with him and that's in large part to the fact that he's extremely supportive and wants to see my succeed. I have worked with Paul consistently for many years . Before Paul’s help , I was getting injured working out on my own. Paul started a new program which has evolved over the the years as my strength and endurance has improved. I am in much better shape and the injuries have been curtailed. Nathan has been my massage therapist for over a year. I see him 1-2 times a month. I have been dealing with a lot of back and shoulder pain due to an injury several years ago. After the first visit with him I was hook, as my tight muscles were loosened and I had more range of motion in my neck and shoulder and my back wasn't tight. He is very professional and knowledgable and really gets to know you and your trouble areas without you even telling him. I plan to continue seeing him frequently for my massages and I will start using him as a personal trainer also. I promise you will not regret using him. Addison is a great CrossFit coach and personal trainer! He consistently helps new members prepare for CrossFit through one-on-one training while successfully teaching a range of techniques; from Olympic lifting and exercise progressions to mobility and proper range of motion. He also fluidly coaches classes of 5-10 people while also providing individualized recommendations and corrections. He has been a great coach and trainer!!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
