Daniel is a great trainer. He listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you achieve it. He makes sure I'm ready for spring yard work, keeps my back and hips strong with strength exercises and makes it fun. On a whim, we set a goal for me to climb a rope on my 60th birthday. I did it! I've worked with Daniel for several years and followed him through 3 gyms. He's the best.

I'm thrilled with my relationship with Vicki and the goals she has helped me to establish and meet! She trained me for my first powerlifting competition, and I completed all my lifts the first time and won an award for my performance as a novice. Vicki is a super trainer, an excellent encourager and a strong, confident and kind person. I love working out with her and always learn so much. I'd highly recommend her to anyone, especially beginners who need to learn good form and gain confidence. Working with Vicki is a win all the way around!
When I decided to start working out my main goal was to get toned. When Joseph approached me he was very positive in his effort to get me started in achieving my goals. I then decided to invest in him. I'm very happy with the results I have accomplished so far. He has kept me motivated and has helped me achieve all of my goals while helping me set more. At the beginning of my first month I was at 34% body fat. At the end of my first month I was at 29% body fat. I definitely feel and see a difference in my body and energy levels. Joseph is very good at what he does.
Aaron is a great personal trainer and an even better person. He knows not only what needs to be done to develop fitness but also how to motivate his clients to do their best, even more than they thought they could. I have worked with him for nearly a year and just love him and what he has done for me. If there were ten stars available, I would give him eleven! You need to spend some time with him.
I have been training with Erica for about 3 months. The experience has been great! Erica is very professional and loves what she does. She always shows up on time for our sessions and the workouts are always challenging. I really appreciate her positive attitude and the way she encourages me even on the days I'm not feeling it. Erica is committed to helping me reach my fitness goals and it shows by the way she follows up with me even on days that we don't have a workout session. I also like how flexible she is because sometimes my schedule is hectic. If you are looking for a trainer I highly recommend Erica!
Tiffany is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She definitely challenged my body in every way. She is also a great wealth of knowledge. I learn so much from her on a daily basis. My goal was to compete in my first NPC and at least place 5th. With Tiffany, not only did I compete and place, but I placed 1st, four times!! I was completely amazed. She is very supportive and she has become a friend as well. I will definitely continue to train with Tiffany as I compete to become a pro bikini competitor! :)

Matt is a very genuine person I can feel it when he coaches me in boot camp. I have attended his boot camps for more than a year in Colorado Springs and I enjoy the creative and balanced workouts that he encourages and motivates all of the group to accomplish. His knowledge, variety of exercises and inspiration keeps me coming back to boot camp with Matt!
