My husband and I went to Justin for counseling at a time when our marriage was really struggling. Justin's approach to therapy was incredibly helpful for us. The insight, guidance and tools he has to offer helped us heal and reconnect but also empowered us to continue to grow our relationship in security and strength. Justin has this demeanor about him that from the moment you sit down with him you feel warmth and comfort as if conversing with a longtime friend along with the confidence that you are being advised by a very wise and caring person. We could not recommend him any higher!

Andrew Vandyke is everything you want in a mental health professional. He listens and doesn't play the out of book type therapy. Forget 12 step, there are much better ways to get and stay sober without having to follow a program that has very little positive outcome. Doc understands the struggle is real. I would recommend his service to anyone who is having mental health issues.

I must admit I was initially skeptical about the idea of couples counseling to begin with- I had a few previous experiences with mediators and counselors that left me feeling misunderstood and like it was a waste of my time. This was definitely NOT the case without Andrew. He was kind, understanding, and was able to cut to the heart of our issues almost immediately and help us to really talk to one another about how we felt. He also gave us homework which was easy to implement and has made a world of difference already- I highly recommend!

My son was in much needed help of a play therapist to help him what emotions are and how to deal with them. Sylvia came highly recommended and I could not have been more pleased. He enjoyed and looked forward to seeing her each week. We referred to her as "The Play Lady". Not only did he enjoy interacting with her through play, he also left with useful tools on managing his emotions. I would highly recommend her as well. I can promise you will not be disappointed.

We picked Des out the phone book and it was probably one of the best things we ever did. If you are looking for something who can put into words exactly what it is you are feeling and empathise without making you feel sorry for yourself - then you need to see Des. She saved our marriage and I am truly grateful for that, I remember why I fell in love with my husband and appreciate him more each day. I thought that the marriage was all over but she pulled us out of the rut, told us a few home truths with no sugar coating and saved the day. Literally. It didn't happen over night but we all worked hard to get where we are today. If you want the best, look no further. Its not for everyone but it worked for us. Thank you Des.

I have over 12 years of experience working with families and clients with TBIs, Alzheimer's, and physical disabilities. As a graduate of the University of Phoenix specializing in marriage, family and child therapy, and a graduate of CSU-Pueblo in exercise science, I incorporate health-promotion techniques and approach mental health as part of the entire picture of health and complete well-being. I am an interactive therapist whose therapeutic approach includes providing support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. About

I provide individual and couple's psychotherapy for older adolescents and adults. I particularly enjoy working with young adult students. My areas of specialty include eating disorders, anxiety and depression, relationship problems, and issues related to sexuality. I create a warm and accepting place to discuss life problems and gain in-depth personal understanding. I file MedCost and Tricare Standard directly; for other insurance plans, you will need to file yourself, but I am happy to provide you with any needed documentation.

About

I have my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and have been working as a clinician since 1995. I received my Bachelors Degree from Pitzer College, Claremont Colleges, CA. I have specialized in marriage counseling and personal growth and development. Many clients have come to me with issues ranging from helping them avoid what they see as potential problems in their relationships, to helping them try to repair a broken marriage. I have a sold background and have been working in staff development, clinical services, foster care, residential treatment and group homes with populations consisting of social service dependents, juvenile probation dependents, dual-diagnosis clients, and the mentally challenged. Most of the clients I have worked with have been identified as "high-risk". I have recently been working with the elderly, working with them in obtaining the appropriate amount of care they require, without exhausting the finances available to them or their families. Most of my positions throughout my career have had a strong component of supervising, training, and acting as a liaison to community professionals, clients, families, and multiple government agencies. I have extensive hands-on experience in direct clinical service with an emphasis on individual therapy, family therapy, case management and client advocacy. Maximum attention has been provided toward providing top level supervision and management to ensure appropriate, effective provision of services to all clients, and to effectively communicate all options to potential and existing clients. My goal is to always provide the top level of care, with the least amount of financial stress on the client.
