I currently was working with another trainer and found Vee on thumbtack. I went to his gym for a consiltation and after the consiltation I felt I would excel better under his training. He was very perfessional and knowledgeable. I wI'll definitely recommend he to friends.

Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Hello all! My name is Cheryl aka Jens sis. I started working out with Berto last April. After my second child was born in dec of 2011, I became pregnant again with my third child only two months after. Leo was born in Jan of 2013. I had a tubal right after he was born that didn't go as planned. Long story short...it took 8 months to recover. And after being pregnant for almost two years, I hit 202lbs! And I'm only 5'1! I tried dieting and even working out on my own but nothing was working or motivating me. It was supposed to be the happiest time in my life...with a new baby and all but really I was living in a very depressed state. I couldn't keep up with my kids. I hated getting dressed! My husband had lost just about all attraction to me. I was just so unhappy with myself. My sister and I decided to get a gym membership. We went a few times and soon realized we had no idea what we were doing! That's when we meet Berto! What a blessing that day was! Berto is a very caring person! He doesn't judge or look down on you for mistakes. He has a way of motivating you without yelling or being a drill sargent, which for me is a good thing (I'm a very strong headed woman who doesn't like being told what to do!). I am now very confident in myself and my appearance! I am stronger than I have ever been. I'm proud to say I can out run my kids! And...I catch my husband staring at me with that look in his eye again lol It's nice to have a trainer who is not only there in the gym but is a part of your life. Hes there 24-7 to help, answer questions, or just be an ear to listen. Berto has changed my life and I know he could help so many others out there who are stuck just like I was. I have achieved great results with Daria and have accomplished my goals of losing weight and toning my muscles. Daria demands/expects a lot from her clients and continues to push me during our workout sessions. She is very technical and works a lot of muscles that other trainers fail to address. She has also helped me better manage my nutrition and calorie intake. Her rates are very reasonable and she is very flexible with my changing schedules and conflicts. I would recommend Daria to anyone.
After completing several personal training regiments at gyms in the past, no program has come remotely close to the one provided to me by Jerome O'Leary at O'Leary Theory. I trained with him one-on-one (at my own gym which was convenient) 3 days a week for roughly three months, and the results he helped me achieve surpassed the goals I set when initially meeting with him. Naturally, I am excited about the transformation that had taken place physically and mentally but, more importantly, Jerome was an outstanding individual to work with and has a great background to support it. His years of experience in the Army set a tone of discipline and taking ownership without sounding like a drill sergeant which was awesome. This definitely helped develop my mental toughness which allowed me to push myself harder than I had in the previous programs. Additionally, Jerome is well educated and very knowledgeable. He took an entirely different approach when preparing an exercise prescription for me which differentiates him from all the trainers I used in the past. For starters, he took it back to basics and broke down the fundamentals on how to exercise properly and safely. At first I thought this was silly, seeing that I wasn't new to the gym. However, I learned that there were a number of things I needed to fix with my form that no trainer had addressed before. This was a blessing in disguise as I've had lingering back and knee problems that prevented me from exercising. I have not had an issue with either since I started with Jerome The routines Jerome created were challenging but attainable and near the end of my sessions with him I found myself exceeding expectations. Overall, this experience has greatly impacted my life and the way in which I exercise. I have Jerome to thank for that. Anyone who is considering using a trainer at a gym I highly recommend you out source and check out what O'Leary Theory has to offer, I promise you the quality is superior to most anything out there, not to mention the professionalism and personalization is unparalleled to the trainers I've used. Do yourself a favor and give this guy a shot, you won't regret it!

After playing basketball for 24 years and 2 ACL reconstructions, my body was angry with me. constant joint pains made getting through the night and day miserable. after getting back into the gym, I felt frustrated, doing all the same old exercises, with no results. then came Chad! Working with Jason as my personal trainer was an excellent experience. Jason is extremely professional, and conducts himself with the highest level of integrity. But overall, Jason is a caring and thoughtful person. He wants you to reach your goals and he knows that every person is unique. His knowledge of the human body and nutrition is deep and vast and he used this expertise to develop a program that helped me to move toward and reach my goals. Working with Jason helped me run my first marathon which at one point seemed unattainable to me. I have worked with several trainers, and coaches and overall Jason is the person I would recommend without reservation.
I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.
Josh is a terrific personal trainer. A lot of trainers and gyms lack that key word "personal," however that isn't Josh. He is focused, professional, dedicated and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. His commitment to you helping you reach your fitness and health goals doesn't end at the door. He is knowledgable, positive and motivating which helps you want to push yourself and give it your all. I highly recommend you meet with Josh and discuss your fitness goals and guarantee he will be upfront and honest with you on what it will take from you and him to reach those goals. If you put in the work and put your trust in Josh and his coaching you'll smash your health and fitness goals!
I've only just started working out with Michael, but I love it! He knows his stuff, he pushes me, encourages me, and talks with me during training so the time flies and I have fun! Most importantly, I get the vibe that he actually really cares and that I'm not just another number or dollar sign - he really takes time to talk to me to help me understand what I need to do to achieve my goals. Not many trainers are like that and not many take so much time and effort into their clients like Michael. I can't wait to see where the rest of our journey takes us!
This guy is more than a personal trainer. He's a coach! Coaches get RESULTS. And that's what he does. He also cares about the person. When I have trained with him. It didn't just feel like a workout. It was a training session where my needs and wants where getting met. He has a great amount of knowledge in the fitness profession. But most importantly he has a BIG HEART. I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer because I am an athlete by background, and I thought I knew enough about my body to train myself (or just participate in group fitness classes). I have been a member of Camp MissFits for 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The coaches are great trainers and motivators. They know when you need that extra push to reach the next level. Camp MissFits also incorporates teaching of an all around lifestyle with classes in healthy eating, recipe planning, and numerous others. Fun events are planned to allow us to step outside the "normal" workout routine such as the upcoming Turkey Run.

Extremely flexible with hours and very attentive when it comes to scheduling meeting times. The training is amazing! This guy is amazing! I had been entertaining the thought of hiring a personal trainer for sometime, however I was extremely skeptical. I met with BJ and discussed what my options were and what I wanted to accomplish. I had a really good feeling about hiring him as my personal trainer. After our first workout, I knew I made the right choice! It is obvious he has a passion for what he does and sincerely cares about your safety and progress. With his guidance I will be able to achieve new goals I have set for myself and change my life for the better. This guy makes you feel like family. With BJ's help, I now work out regularly, eat healthy and feel like a million dollars after each session. What can I say: Jon knows what he is doing! I never felt as though I was being put down because of my weight (as some trainers do), or that I was ever pushed too far. He took his time to understand my goals and helped me develop the best plan of action for me! In just a short amount of time, Jon took me from lazy and overweight to a fitness fanatic! This level of training is what I’d expect to pay THOUSANDS for-so to have Jon at such an incredible price is crazy to me! I've been working with Brad for over 9 months and he is great! He is a very knowledgeable, professional and fun personal trainer. He is not intimidaitng like other PTs can be. He listens to what I want to get out this partnership and has made it happen. He worked with me to obtain my goal (weight loss) and is now helping me to achieve new goals (maintaing my weight and gaining strength).
