Allen is helping me loose weight and tone up my mussels. We train at my place, which is very comfortable for me because I don't have a car. I am really getting help and support from him with what I need and expected. I have been working with him for a month now. Allen is so passionate about training, that makes it very fun to work with him, I doubt there are many fun trainers as he is. What impressed me more is his support, his passion, his jokes and his friendship. Allen is not just a trainer, but also a friend. He asks you at the beginning what kind of workouts you like to do, and then, you get to practice what you enjoy and with him, he does the workouts, too, which encourages a lot. I am very satisfied and look forward to do more training with him. i really recommend Allen Bridgeforth as your trainer! You will get your fitness goals, you will have fun, you will have support and you will have a friend!
I have been training with Christine Herr for 5 years . She keeps me motivated and in shape. She works my entire body including weight training and cardio in 1 hour private sessions. I also attend her classes. They are extremely reasonable in price for a great workout. Not to mention, fun! Plus, they are available almost everyday of the week. Chris is now working with me during my first pregnancy. I'm confident that my labor will be easier and healthier due to my training. We train at her personal training gym STAC Fitness. STAC is a clean and comfortable facility with the latest and greatest equipment and techniques. People of all ages and levels train at STAC, so it never feels intimidating. Thanks Christine!
Hello all! My name is Cheryl aka Jens sis. I started working out with Berto last April. After my second child was born in dec of 2011, I became pregnant again with my third child only two months after. Leo was born in Jan of 2013. I had a tubal right after he was born that didn't go as planned. Long story short...it took 8 months to recover. And after being pregnant for almost two years, I hit 202lbs! And I'm only 5'1! I tried dieting and even working out on my own but nothing was working or motivating me. It was supposed to be the happiest time in my life...with a new baby and all but really I was living in a very depressed state. I couldn't keep up with my kids. I hated getting dressed! My husband had lost just about all attraction to me. I was just so unhappy with myself. My sister and I decided to get a gym membership. We went a few times and soon realized we had no idea what we were doing! That's when we meet Berto! What a blessing that day was! Berto is a very caring person! He doesn't judge or look down on you for mistakes. He has a way of motivating you without yelling or being a drill sargent, which for me is a good thing (I'm a very strong headed woman who doesn't like being told what to do!). I am now very confident in myself and my appearance! I am stronger than I have ever been. I'm proud to say I can out run my kids! And...I catch my husband staring at me with that look in his eye again lol It's nice to have a trainer who is not only there in the gym but is a part of your life. Hes there 24-7 to help, answer questions, or just be an ear to listen. Berto has changed my life and I know he could help so many others out there who are stuck just like I was. I have joined and quit more gyms and workout programs than I care to remember. Routine is my Kryptonite- I get easily bored doing the same exercises over and over .... Dion has been my fitness trainer for about six weeks and I feel as though I am truly making a lifestyle change. The creative workouts he designs for me keep me moving and interested, and I feel energized for the rest of the day. His quiet energy and direction add a relaxing, almost meditative element to my workouts, and he is exceptionally knowledgeable and aware when it comes to safety and proper technique. He doesn't push- he encourages.... I recommend Dion to anyone looking for a great way to stay or get in shape.
Lindsay is great! Very personable and easy to work with. She's the perfect combination of tough enough to push you but nice enough to make you not mind so much. She's the only trainer I've worked with that keeps me coming back to the gym.
Russ is the most dedicated, hard working and motivating trainer I have ever worked with. He helped me with my goals, helped me overcome my mental limits and became a friend. I had worked with many trainers in the past that were not into their work, distracted and not even interested in your goals. Russ was hands down the best and only personal trainer I have ever enjoyed working with. I'd train with him again if given the chance.
Stac is awesome, its always clean and the trainers really know what they are doing. The facility is also really nice and in a great location
I prefer to train my clients outdoors and tend to stay away from the gym when possible (although I am perfectly competent training in a gym setting as well). I specialize in TRX suspension training as well as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). My workouts are quick, effective and intense, so expect a challenge that will keep your body burning calories long after we're done. I have been told that I "kill people gently" and have a more compassionate nature than a bootcamp instructor. If you're looking to lose weight, tone up, stay lean, and gain strength in endurance, then you've come to the right place. If you want to participate in body building, then I am not the trainer for you.
