My property stayed clean from nails and all other debris. Regardless the low temperatures the roofing stuff worked from dawn till dusk and got the job done flawlessly within 2 days. I love the shingle shades the contractor recommended as well. Also, I didn't even had to deal with insurance when the quote needed to be adjusted . I will be using Apollo construction again to build my new deck within the next few weeks."See more

All the while doing the work with 5 tenants living at the unit. The crew was polite and clean and I got zero complaints from the tenants about the workers. Carlos is super easy to work with and very organized. I got regular updates with pictures daily. On top of the quality of the work, was the price. Very reasonable and fair. Thousands of dollars less than other bidders. He's a reasonable guy and willing to work with your budge. I'm so psyched to add Caz home improvements to my team, that I'm having them do work at my own home. After interviewing several companies, I decided on Hammer Heros. Sam came out and showed me just how putting up the drywall would work since I had a room full of pipes. He made several suggestions and showed me cabinets I could use. I had a concrete floor and they put in a solid core vinyl, gave me lots of light, a barn door, and a new laundry sink. There was a team of workers for every phase of the construction and they were very respectful and prompt. Aaron, the owner, was here often and made sure things were going as they should. If something wasn’t quite right it was fixed immediately. They were able to start almost immediately and told me it would take about 2 weeks. It took just over 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. I love my new laundry room and would absolutely recommend Hammer Hero. They did a quality job for me and I know they will for you, too."See more

Hi hired Dan to do a total renovation with structural changes in my 110 year old Park Hill home. Dan worked flawlessly with the engineer who designed the structural change. His crew left the property clean and swept up at the end of each day. Dan and his guys were a pleasure to work with and they also made the job fun. He made sure every little detail was thought out and accomplished. After being a Real Estate appraiser for the last 30 years I have come across many “contractors” doing renovations. Initially thought that this contractor was the real deal... but project ended up being extremely disappointing and now will have to take legal action since we are getting no response regarding the issues that have arisen with the work done since making final payment. The only advice I would give to anyone looking for a contractor is do your research! Just because someone appears to be knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy does not mean they are. I am currently compiling all documents and pictures related to our renovation and addition and will update this review with the visuals soon.

Reasonable price, great work, reliable and very good communication! I hired Jiri for a major home renovation and he did a great job! I would hire him again. Jiri finished the project on time and was very patient with my demands. I appreciated his ideas, creativity and his responsiveness. His communication was prompt and he was always available. Jiri cares about the people he works for. I called him a couple of times late in the evening to take care of some things and he made himself available right away. Jiri is talented and personable! Kristian worked on my house for three weeks. This included remodeling my entryway including replacing the front door, stair case, painting the garage and shutters, remodeling my dining room, and tearing down a half wall. He was extremely professional throughout the entire time he worked on my home. All of the subcontractors he used were high quality. He only used subcontractors if necessary. In addition, he continued to update me at every step on costs. His costs are extremely reasonable, might I add. For all the work we had done the job was approx 10k. His work turned out stunning. My real estate agent came over to see the renovations and she was also thoroughly impressed. I will 100% use Kristian again when it’s time for my next project and I suggest you do too.

100/10 and 10 stars if I could give them! I know I’m not the only homeowner who *dreads* finding a contractor when the time comes for a little home improvement project. In this case, there was the most dreadful (and pointless) wall between our kitchen and dining area that we wanted taken down. These guys exceeded our expectations. Prior to hiring them, Armando was very prompt and thorough in his responses to me, and he was equally prompt and thorough on his visit to our house to meet with us and gauge the project. Additionally, he was also incredibly knowledgeable and just immediately made us feel comfortable talking to him; he understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to answer every single question we threw at him. Fast forward to wall-removal day, he and his worker for the day (Larry) arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and the work they did was professional and honestly quite remarkable. In one day they not only removed the ugly wall, but they also removed a surprise Edison box and its associated piping/wiring found hidden in the wall. It was just incredible the way they addressed and adapted to the hiccup in the project. This is exactly the kind of experience and knowledge you want/need/appreciate in a contractor. BOTTOM LINE: you never, never know what you’re going to get when it comes to contractors, and hiring one is always an anxiety-riddled risk. These guys are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reliable. They are a breath of fresh air in this industry and I cannot recommend them enough. (Note: “after” photos of the removed wall show unfinished ceiling, flooring, and plastering. We are doing a full kitchen renovation at the beginning of the year so chose to keep those areas unfinished.)
