I have known Liza for several years. She had been our family, marriage, parenting, individual, therapist for a couple of those years. Her down to earth, practical, solid biblical approach to her active therapy style was truly a God send for us. We had been through a few other counselors over the course of 10 years. Liza was able to establish what our families needs were, and was able to teach us the tools we needed to build up our parenting skills and help us with a deeper understanding of our marriage structure in a year and a half. Liza touched on things that were never brought up before and really had us doing some internal work and walking some roads that were hard but very effective. The skills and knowledge that we gained from our experience with her are are really priceless and such a deep blessing. Granted, our family was willing to do the work, but she guided us with Gods word the whole way through. I would highly recommend her to you. Her gift of empathy truly spoke to our hearts and helped us through the hardest most traumatizing events in our lives. My family was able to heal and come out of this stronger and more solid then we had prayed for.
Scott is my massage therapist, and he helps me keep my aging body lithe, limber and relaxed. I have had sessions with him a couple of times a month for several years. He is spiritually grounded and physically strong and can gently go very deep into big muscle groups to release tension points. I always leave our sessions feeling rejuvenated in the best sense. Scott is the best.
I have been working with Shelly for the last four months. Her outlook and input, and the way she help navigate through sessions has revolutionized the way I navigate within myself. I have been in therapy before a few times before and it has never really worked for me because I wasn't very willing or open. An amazing benefit with working with Shelly is that she will put forth as much effort as I do. There is a equal-ness in discovering on my own and with the guidance of Shelly.
If you're looking for a marriage specialist, you've come to the right place. Aaron is experienced and really easy to talk to. If you're nervous at all about going to therapy, he's great at making you feel comfortable and - better yet - you'll leave feeling like you actually learned something bout yourself and that you made some progress!
We love her she s great 💗
The initial feeling I struggled with before going into a therapy session with Laura, was mostly fear. The idea that I would be pushed to share parts of my life with someone I had no connection to could not have been more intimidating to me. Honestly, within moments of meeting Laura..I felt a sense of relief. Laura has something about her that naturally gives a true sense of trust. She has an incredible way of understanding a situation or calling out emotions without much even being said. I am amazed with the capability she has to be so blunt and brutally honest..while still giving sincere reassurance that there is nothing she cannot help you heal from, if you remain open to the process. I am very grateful to have found someone so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. My time with her has truly been a gift!
Shelly was the best therapist I have had to-date. She was extremely easy to talk to, and I felt like she brought something new for me to think about each time I brought something up to her. She made therapy a place I looked forward to going, and I really valued the time I had her as my therapist. I would highly recommend Shelly to anyone who is looking for a compassionate therapy experience and who wants to feel like they are really getting some good work done when they are there.
We worked with Charlotte to complete our pre-marital counseling. She was great to work with. She made both of us feel comfortable and did a good job facilitating our conversations and asking good questions. She was very professional and even recommended other resources to check out. I would highly recommend working with Charlotte if you are looking for a counselor.
George MacIlwinen is the Horse Whisperer of young adults struggling to find their footing in their transition to adulthood. Our son had a history of difficult medical problems in childhood that prevented him from achieving developmental milestones and left him as an anxious young adult, depressed, over-medicated and isolated. Over the years we ran through many therapists and programs and our son had grown skeptical of their effectiveness. All that changed when we met George MacIlwinen. George's contributions to our son's life and our family's life are so extensive, it would take pages to catalog them. First and foremost, George understood our son like no one had before, he understood the trauma that our son had experienced and the gaps in his development. Most important, he saw our son's potential and his prospects for a good future. Therapeutically, George is a creative and independent thinker. He has an over-arching philosophy, but within that he is adaptive. For our son he followed a holistic approach incorporating experiential therapy and psychotherapy together with a strong emphasis on healthy life habits including reduced medications, physical fitness and diet. He has also been especially proactive in helping our son develop social skills. Personally, George is calm, empathetic and friendly. He's genuine with an easy smile. He is an excellent listener; he's insightful. George models the healthy behavioral habits that he advocates. He's a natural mentor and educator and has provided invaluable counseling and guidance to our son and to us. George MacIlwinen is an amazing therapist. Meeting him has been one of the single best things that has ever happened to our family. It's a great pleasure to recommend him to you.

My goal is to help you find pragmatic solutions to your obstacles and challenges. Our work will be goal oriented, rather than an endless process as some therapeutic work is. My work includes working directly with the body, the seat of our emotions. Many therapeutic modalities ignore this important piece and it can be the key to resolving old traumas and emotional wounds.
I provide psychotherapy, supervision for LPC livensure, family counseling and coaching, and addictions counseling. I have over a decade of experience in a variety of areas, and have proven results helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, attention deficit issues, attachment issues, chemical abuse issues, as well as grief and loss. I work with adolescent and adults.
My focus is on trauma, sexuality/sexual identity, relationships/marriage, spirituality, depression/anxiety, cross-cultural issues, money, loss, grief and unresolved childhood issues, addictions & more. As a therapist, I offer a lot of feedback while respecting your views and goals. I have no hidden agenda; what you see is what you get. My job is to empower you to find your way through stuck places and to accompany you on your path of self-discovery. I was born and raised in Europe, so it gives me the benefit of having a multicultural perspective on life which I believe can enrich one's exploration "It takes great courage and dedication to seek therapy and look closer at who we are. The challenge lies in choosing to face the unknown rather than to remain with one's familiar yet potentially painful self"
We are a holistic healing farm which combines a variety of modalities for healing the mind, body and spirit in a serene tranquil natural setting.
