Thomas came to our house to give my 14-year old daughter and I a private cooking lesson. He brought all the ingredients and did a wonderful job showing us techniques and giving us information on organic vegetables and grass-fed meat. Had dinner for two in our house with Dustin. Dustin was professional and informative about the ingredients he was cooking with. The food was excellent, all around; Plated with care as well as tasty. I absolutely plan on having Dustin back in the future.
I enjoyed working with Michael in our Strength Group. His group classes were well planned, fun and effective. He offered good alternative exercises for those of us with joint issues. He is always positive and encouraging. I had the same experience when working with him individually. He also provided information on food and dieting, including the effects different types of food have on your body, as well as suggestions on ways to approach a balanced diet. In working with Michael, I found him to be both fun and knowledgeable as well as professional – a great person to work with!
We ordered Blue Apron for about 6 months and granted the recipes and food were fresh and delicious, the preparation and cleanup was really time consuming. Too much for couples who work full time. I found Nancy Sparrow's meal service on line and after two weeks, we are madly in love with the meals and customer service. Just heat and eat and throw your plate and silverware in the dishwasher. My Foodie husband gives Sparrow Kitchen 10 thumbs up, as do I. It's soooo much better and easier than Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, etc. worth every penny!
We have used Lennon's service as a gourmet chef to celebrate our 45th weeding anniversary with a four course gourmet meal which consisted of an appetizer, salad, Chateaubriand, and a pear upside down cake (forgot what she called it). Her skills at preparation, presentation, aroma, flavor and ambience were fabulous. We have utilized her services on two subsequent occasions and will certainly retain her in the future. The value we received was more than reasonable and she was very professional in all aspects of all thee occasions.

Chef April puts her heart & soul into everything she makes. I have been lucky enough to try many things made by Chef Apil's loving hands, and they have all been absolutely delicious!! She creates a flavorful masterpiece in your mouth with every bite of her cooking and you can totally taste the difference in richness and flavor with all she creates. I can tell by tasting her food that she is completely passionate about what she creates and her presentation of her food is exceptional!! I would highly recommend her amazing cooking to anyone who is planning an event, party, wedding, birthday or just a special weekend treat. Chef April has skills and she knows how to use them!!
I've hired Dana twice to cook special lunches for our construction workers on the job site. Dana made the whole process as easy as pie. She delivered a full compliment of fresh, delicious entees, side dishes, condiments, plates,the whole package. It all arrived steaming hot, on time and fit our tight budget. The food disappeared in minutes and every single worker thanked us and said it was fantastic. It all should have cost twice that much. We couldn't believe it, so we did it again. We will hire Well Seasoned Personal Chef for anything that requires cooking in the future and you should too. You will not be disappointed.
We have attended numerous dinners hosted by TBD foods, and the food and the convivial atmosphere are always excellent. The dishes are inventive and tasty, and it's hard to pinpoint a favorite though the pasta dishes and desserts are always hard to beat. We have also hired TBD foods to cater a private dinner party at our home. They are friendly and willing to accommodate any specific desire and will work with you to customize a menu.
Spencer has catered 2 parties in our home. One a smaller meal for 12, and then a party for 50. He is super easy to work with, had great ideas for menu planning and dishes and the food was fabulous. Plus we had some gluten and dairy restrictions and he was able to easily accommodate that. We got so many compliments. We consider him now our default caterer and will call him for any future events.
Don did an excellent job at teaching me how to cook my party meal for my guests. Very educational and patient with me as I have always stumbled in the kitchen. I've used Stephanie's cooking services many times and each time I'm amazed by her creativity in the kitchen. She comes up with dishes that are simple yet bursting with flavor. She's also an amazing teacher. She's patient and always offers constructive feedback. My cooking skills have increased greatly all because of Stephanie. Before I could barley boil water and now I'm confident in cooking steak! I would highly recommend Chef Stephanie as a private chef and/or for cooking lessons.
