I currently was working with another trainer and found Vee on thumbtack. I went to his gym for a consiltation and after the consiltation I felt I would excel better under his training. He was very perfessional and knowledgeable. I wI'll definitely recommend he to friends.
I am still training with Justin but in the time that I have trained with him, he has been very encouraging and I feel so comfortable with working with him. He doesn't ever make you feel bad about progress and his focus really is on getting a healthier you. He is becoming one of my favorite people to see in the week.

I started training with Noreen three months ago and my attitude and perspective on life has changed tremendously. Since I’ve started training with Noreen I have been dropping not only weight and body fat but I have also been losing inches. This passed month I have incorporated kickboxing with her husband Berto which is a killer and amazing way to do incorporate cardio. My confidence has built and so has my motivation on life. These two individuals are the most humble people you can ever meet and they want nothing but to see you succeed. They have a lot of patience and understand the everyone starts at different places so they work with you. I have finally dropped down to a weight that I don’t even remember being and with the excitement of Noreen, Berto, and myself I, I have more desire to keep working on my goals.
I have been training with Daria for two full weeks now but she is so hands-on and responsive, it honestly feels like longer. We meet twice per week but she also gives me "homework" for days we're not together, and gives me nutrition guidance as well. She is always helpful and honest but never preachy, and she listens carefully to me and my goals, my concerns, and even my feelings or mood on a particular day - she can adapt our workout on the spot as needed, and she always explains modifications of things we do that I can make work with different equipment or none at all. She explains everything we're doing and why, and it is clear she is well educated and well trained to work in this role. I highly recommend Daria if you want a down-to-earth trainer who will listen to your personal goals and make a plan that is just for you - not just copied out of a book.
This was my first time getting a personal trainer and I must say I was satisfied with who I hired. I learned a lot form Jerome. I liked that he was knowledgeable about the exercises he instructed with me. Any questions I had about anything about my sessions, certain exercise or anything else, he responded with elaborated detail and was clear for me to understand. I enjoyed every session I had with him. It was fun and exciting. I was always excited to wake up sore the next day and I would tell him about it. Waking up sore means progress and that I had an effective workout. I hired Jerome for 90 days, 2 days a week and got close to my workout goals than if I would of done it alone. If I would of kept on, I would of got to my goals. With the amount of time and days spent with Jerome training me, I'm just glad that he at least helped me get halfway where I wanted to be. I took home a lot of exercises that I learned from him and incorporate them into my workouts. I now have more knowledge of weight training, how to effectivly workout my abs, how to and when to stretch the right way, and learned about high intensity cardio. Overall, I got my money worth, I got results, got educated, and most of all had fun. I would highly recommend Jerome. I plan on hiring him again for a another round!

Had a GREAT experience with Obstacle Destruction. Chad Johnson was so easy to work with and my trainer Evan was awesome. Evan created workouts that were tough and hard but not over the top. He is patient but also requires that you show up with the attitude to get the most out of the session. I had so much fun and had a serious workout every time. 10 sessions in and I am hooked. I'll be signing up for another round ofr personal training!
I had been lifting and working out for a few months prior to meeting Mark. I had already lost a good amount of weight but started to hit a plateau and decided I wanted to seek a personal trainer to help me break my plateau. I searched online and was having quite a bit of trouble finding a trainer that seemed to be the right match for me. I was specifically looking for a trainer with a great deal of knowledge about lifting, nutrition, weight loss, etc. Trying to find the right trainer seemed to be quite a hassle. I was connected with Mark through thumbtack and decided to meet Mark for my initial consultation. Talking with Mark for ten minutes was all I needed to believe I had probably found the right personal trainer. We have been training together for 6 weeks now and OMG this guy is fantastic. He is sooo knowledgeable in every aspect of health and training. He is very easy going and patient and you can tell immediately that he really cares about helping his clients. He is very detailed, always on time for sessions, and really goes the extra mile to help you reach your fitness goals. I have lost and additional 20lbs since I started training with Mark and have gained a ton of muscle mass. Not only that, but I also have such a better understanding of nutrition and how to properly weight lift, control my diet etc. in a way that is most beneficial to me, my health, and my safety. Mark is simply fantastic. Such a great guy and I highly recommend him to anyone. Whether you are just starting to work out and want to lose weight, or if you are more advanced and want someone with a great deal of knowledge to help you maximize your results, Mark is absolutely the guy to help you achieve these goals. I trained with Jason for approximately 2 years before he moved to LA. Jason is a dedicated and motivated professional that provided me with an excellent personal training experience with results. He is very skilled and knowlegable about fitness and nutrition. He can create a program for anyone of any age and at any fitness level. I would highly recommend him.
Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well.
Tine is honestly the best trainer I have ever met and worked with. I worked with Tine for almost 3-4 months now. She was able to work with me on my individual dietary restrictions (I have IBS and acid reflux) and needs as well as to formulate a workout plan that fit my individual needs, schedule, and my limitations while still challenging me. She is very understanding and reliable. She always shows up on time and is very flexible with working with my schedule. Really loved working with her and I was able to get motivated enough to be healthier! The workouts she gave me were challenging, helpful, and variable so it's always learning something new! She also kept my Asthma in mind and made sure to consistently check up on me and catered the work out so that I would be able to control my asthma better. I am so fortunate she was able to help me out with controlling my asthma and trying to increase my lung capacity in workouts. Her customizable workouts and homework helped me stay fit even when I wasn't in the gym training with her. She's a bright and happy person and is very motivating and inspirational. My sister and I absolutely loved her! If you need a great trainer, look no further!
What I like most about training with Josh is that he knows how to get results safely. I tweaked my back during a workout, so I sought out a trainer to help me work through it, and Josh has done just that. His recently updated studio is awesome, too. And the workouts are interesting and keep me engaged.

I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. Exactly what I was looking for!! Alisa is great to work with. Her rates are affordable, as is the membership to one of the gyms she trains out of. Extremely flexible with hours and very attentive when it comes to scheduling meeting times. The training is amazing! She is highly qualified and very knowledgeable about creating a program specific to the client. Highly recommend her!!!
What can I say: Jon knows what he is doing! I never felt as though I was being put down because of my weight (as some trainers do), or that I was ever pushed too far. He took his time to understand my goals and helped me develop the best plan of action for me! In just a short amount of time, Jon took me from lazy and overweight to a fitness fanatic! This level of training is what I’d expect to pay THOUSANDS for-so to have Jon at such an incredible price is crazy to me! Officially down 15 lbs and 4% body fat-all thanks to Jon’s fantastic training! Don’t think about it-SIGN UP WITH HIM!
I started training with Brad 7 months ago to lose the extra weight and gain more muscle and tone.
