I've battled my weight for my entire life. I e had lots of trainers, however none of them have been as effective and successful in helping me along my journey as Vee has been. He truly cares about all of his clients, and helps them battle all of the hurdles that we face. He doesn't allow you to give you, not because he is a drill sergeant, but because he is motivational and supportive. If you are serious about finding the right trainer for you, you should absolutely look no further than Vee Wells. Truly a professional.
Justin is a very knowledgeable and professional trainer. He makes the workouts enjoyable even for somebody like me, who generally avoids working out when left to my own devices. Justin has helped me stay on track working out regularly for 8+ months now, over which time I have seen a significant reduction in body fat. I am very pleased with the entire experience!
Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Beyond the measurable results, Mike is a joy to be around. He is a true professional but we are able to laugh and enjoy ourselves during our training sessions. I regularly get texts from Mike checking in on how things are going and to remind me to eat more fruits and veggies!! He is genuinely invested in his clients' success above and beyond the workouts. Tim DiCroce is one of the best personal trainers with whom I have worked out. He is knowledgeable, personable, upbeat, encouraging and challenging. When we first started working out together, Tim listened to what I said my goals were, asked pertinent questions, and then delivered programs that showed results faster than I've had with other personal trainers. He made adjustments on the fly based on how I responded to a particular program. I never felt like I was getting “the program of the week” that all clients received. Tim also mixed exercises up more than other personal trainers so he kept things interesting as well. When I had a running injury, Tim adjusted the programs so I could continue to work out, and I believe the adjustments helped my recovery as well. I highly recommend Tim. If you show up and work out consistently, Tim will more than do his part so you can reach your goals.
I have achieved great results with Daria and have accomplished my goals of losing weight and toning my muscles. Daria demands/expects a lot from her clients and continues to push me during our workout sessions. She is very technical and works a lot of muscles that other trainers fail to address. She has also helped me better manage my nutrition and calorie intake. Her rates are very reasonable and she is very flexible with my changing schedules and conflicts. I would recommend Daria to anyone.
I don't know where to begin with a review for Jerome (Osmosis Fitness). There are so much positive things to say! I have had the most positive experience from the start when I've decided to change myself in fitness. I have never worked with a personal trainer before and to be honest, I wasn't sure if I wanted to move forward with it. I am glad I did and I feel it was the best decision I've made for my fitness by picking Jerome to work with me. From my first contact with Jerome I can tell I have made the right choice. He made me feel at ease with moving forward working with a personal trainer since I have never worked with one before and he was able to answer all of my questions. Jerome has years of experience, a firm schooling background and a good track record based on other reviews so I thought "Why not give this a try?" He personalized / designed my program based on my fitness goals. Jerome is also patient, communicates well and has a high level of professionalism. He always encourages me to be the better me and pushes me during my workout sessions. I am happy to be on my way to my fitness goals. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my decision and Jerome is a great personal trainer.

I moved to Denver leaving a trainer in Chicago that was a personal friend. I respond best to a trainer relationship that is a mixture of professional and casual. Being an openly gay, overweight lumbering enigma, I was concerned that my highly inappropriate sense of humor would create an awkwardness between Chad and I (I just can't help half the crap I say especially under exercise induced duress). Since the first moment I met Chad, he has consistently treated me with dignity and respect, while rolling comfortably with my very unique (crass) sense of humor. Chad is a trainer for the people. I was skeptical since his prices were the lowest I could find and sometimes you "pay for what you get". I assure you, in the case of Obstacle Destruction (Chad Johnson), the product far surpasses the price.
I started working with Mark as an out-of-shape, overweight senior citizen. . Many personal trainers have a templet and expect their clients to fit their routine. Not Mark. Mark's professional approach began with a thorough assessment of my capabilities and limitations. From there he designed a series of exercises that built my body's core, cardio and muscles. He knew just how hard to push, always with humor and patience, and when to stop. He knows which machines to use and which ones to avoid. I left each session feeling both "worked out" and enlivened. His communication skills are excellent. I am still working with him and am increasingly more and more satisfied with the results.

I've only just started working out with Michael, but I love it! He knows his stuff, he pushes me, encourages me, and talks with me during training so the time flies and I have fun! Most importantly, I get the vibe that he actually really cares and that I'm not just another number or dollar sign - he really takes time to talk to me to help me understand what I need to do to achieve my goals. Not many trainers are like that and not many take so much time and effort into their clients like Michael. I can't wait to see where the rest of our journey takes us!

I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer because I am an athlete by background, and I thought I knew enough about my body to train myself (or just participate in group fitness classes). You simply don't get the same results-- you easily plateau on your own and in group classes. I wanted to be my healthiest self, so I decided to work with a personal trainer. I have been a member of Camp MissFits for 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The coaches are great trainers and motivators. They know when you need that extra push to reach the next level. Camp MissFits also incorporates teaching of an all around lifestyle with classes in healthy eating, recipe planning, and numerous others. Fun events are planned to allow us to step outside the "normal" workout routine such as the upcoming Turkey Run.
Having been in the military and being over 50, I have had many trainers in my lifetime; however, Tom is honestly the best trainer I have ever had! He has the ability to make me push myself beyond where I think I can go and I willingly do it. He can also tell me exactly where I need to correct a move to be stronger and faster. He also trained my 15 y/o daughter this summer to prepare her for volleyball...working on speed, agility, and explosiveness...SUCCESS! Thank you, Coach!
First off I would like to tell you a little about myself. I've always struggled with my weight. If I was not eating everything in sight, I was starving myself out of guilt. At one point in my life I was under 100 pounds, 10 years later I was over 280. It seemed to me that I could only operate in the extremes. I was diagnosed with BED (Binge Eating Disorder), I was depressed, I was suicidal. It became so bad that I wouldn't leave my house and I was filled with anxiety. My family was worried, they attempted to get personal trainers to help me with my problem. From my experience, most personal trainers don't seem to want to actually help you. It's within their best interest to not actually get you fit, or healthy, or self sufficient: once that happens then you no longer need their services. It's similar to how the American Red Cross has no interest in solving wold hunger, otherwise what would they use to guilt trip people to donate money? I went through inordinate amounts of personal trainers, each making false promises and really only caring about my money. It was not until I encountered Steven, at Fitness On The Go, that I found what I was looking for: Integrity. Honesty. He actually cared about my overall well being both physical and mental. He came to my house and this solved my anxiety problem since I was more comfortable there. Through his workout plan and his unique training methods I was able to achieve a healthy weight of 225 (I'm 6'2"). I have never felt or looked so good in my life. I no longer suffer from BED, I'm no longer depressed or suicidal. My family constantly tells me how good I look. I would recommend Steven to anyone who is interested in not only getting in shape, but morphing their lifestyle to stay in shape. With his vast well of knowledge, his unlimited patience, and ability to convey what I needed to do, he accomplished what no one else could. This guy is amazing! I had been entertaining the thought of hiring a personal trainer for sometime, however I was extremely skeptical. I met with BJ and discussed what my options were and what I wanted to accomplish. I had a really good feeling about hiring him as my personal trainer. After our first workout, I knew I made the right choice! It is obvious he has a passion for what he does and sincerely cares about your safety and progress. With his guidance I will be able to achieve new goals I have set for myself and change my life for the better. This guy makes you feel like family. With BJ's help, I now work out regularly, eat healthy and feel like a million dollars after each session. He's has a full workout gym in his garage so there are absolutely no distractions or having to wait for a machine. It's just you and him focusing on safety and form, achieving the goals you set.
