Jaisen was wonderful to work with, of the fitness trainers that reached out to me he was the most communicative, organized and professional.. Jaisen payed close attention to my concerns and set me up with a female fitness coach that I'm very much looking forward to working with. He has the right temperament and addresses your goals as an indivisible. I would absolutely recommend working with Jaisen and one of his coaches!
My experience thus far has been wonderful! Mr. Stern is extremely knowledgeable in all things fitness. He custom designs your workouts based on your goals and aspirations, always available to answer any questions and gives you in-depth information with regard to which exercises target which parts of your body. After each of my sessions with him, I feel satisfied and stronger!
Love Marcia! She has such a great personality and is so knowledgeable not only in fitness but also nutrition. I have never been a "workout person" and have always been intimidated due to injuries and she went over everything and made me feel comfortable. She came up with a workout plan that is working for me and is safe for all my injuries. Dare I say I actually am enjoying working out. I am so happy I found her!
Charles is great trainer all around. His training style uses many techniques and stuff I would never of done on my own. He also gives you training ideas to do on your own. He has a lot of equipment and every session is different. I would recommend him to anyone.
Positive and upbeat, skilled and consistent, Rhonda brings all of her professional attention to each session in a very friendly and enjoyable manner. After years of failing to find a way either on my own or with other trainers to find the discipline to workout in a steady and long term, life-style changing way, finding Rhonda over a year ago has led to the best shape I've been in since my early 20's ..... and that was a long time ago. I highly recommend Rhonda to anyone looking for personal training for fitness, and life style change.

Kathy is really awesome. I just started and I feel like I have been there for a while. She is affordable and gives you your monies worth. All these gyms and personal trainer cost twice as much as her and you don't get what you pay for. I enjoy working out with kathy. I would recommend her to all.
I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. If you are looking for a high intensity workout with s cool guy- Evis is your man!
Exceptional in every single way! When I contacted the burning zone, the response was prompt. Based on my goals I was match with Ulysse, he offered the first training for free. I had worked with personal trainers before, I could tell right away he was knowledgeable. He heard me out on my goals (strength building and body balance, not weight loss) and at the end of the session he came up with a plan on how we should work out. Ulysse's positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of your life when you work out with him. He is a strong nutritionist, adjust the workouts to your body and your needs and constantly switching things up. He watches you closely and ensures you get the most out of every exercise, he knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. Ulysse has a motivating effect which is exactly what you want in a trainer. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices and will encourage you to stay on track. Ulysse is truly invested in your personal success, this isn't just some one-size-fits all program. I also love that he does not believe in or push products/supplements and other garbage onto you, his method: healthy eating exercise, rest and hard work. Ulysse is energetic, motivating, an awesome person and trainer. I enthusiastically recommend him to anybody reading this who needs a fantastic personal trainer.
Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
My experience with Brenda has been great! I do not exaggerate when I say that she has changed my life for the better. Brenda is super approachable and has a heart of gold, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and takes her job very seriously. It’s the perfect combination! I reached out to Brenda, because I needed to lose weight in order to fit into my bridesmaid’s dress. Over the course of about two months, I was able to lose more than 20 pounds with her guidance. The dress fit like a glove! The picture is of a different dress I wore soon before and again soon after my trainig sessions. Kalia is the first personal trainer I have had yet and so far she is setting the bar high! She's punctual, friendly, doesn't judge, and pushes you to be your best! I definitely feel stronger since having her as a trainer😊

Having had several trainers in the past, I can say definitely that Jeremy is an exceptionally skilled and effective trainer and demonstrates skills that other trainers just do not possess. Jeremy has great interpersonal and customer service skills and is a delight to work with. What really sets him apart, is his intricate knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and to intervene to achieve optimal functioning. Jeremy is perhaps as or more skilled than the physical therapists with which I have worked. He is constantly attentive to posture, subtle mechanics, balance, and monitors the effectiveness of mechanics (not just brute strength). Jeremy is excellent for any level of fitness or experience. I am a life long athlete that is recovering from severe illness and muscle atrophy. My partner is over 65 and previous hated exercise. In a short period of time, Jeremy has made tremendous positive impact in our physical (and mental) health and fitness. I recommend him with incredible enthusiasm.

I have worked with many trainers in the past and I have to say that Liz is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. She is very patient, pleasant and is also very knowledgeable at her job. She explains everything and makes sure you understand. She has taught me so different many exercises that work multiple muscles at the same time. I am one of those people that fluctuate with my workout and I'm not always as consistent as I should be. Liz has never made me feel bad about my inconsistencies instead she continues to encourage me. She an excellent trainer and I would recommend her to anyone (male and female included).

Working with Max Out Fitness was and continues to be a great experience. Martin is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer who is a pleasure to work with. I've worked out for years by myself but I felt it was to try a different approach. Martin was great at creating a program for me that fit my needs and continues to help me reach my goals. As a wellness professional myself, I'm a licensed massage therapist, I felt very comfortable working with Martin as he takes the same approach with his clients as I take with mines. I've workout with Casey for over three years during his time in Chicago and until he relocated out of state, over this period of time I have improved my fitness level tremendously, I am a runner and I have PR'd in every distance several times since he became my strength trainer, I went from running a marathon in 3:38:49 to 3:28:36!!! My form has improved and I have also been running injury free.
