Marcia is training my 98 year old mother. She is knowledgeable, engaging, and has the right mix of encouragement, flexibility and sensitivity. In addition to providing personal training, she has good advice on diet. We are happy we found her through Thumbtack.

Thomas can make a big difference, even within few classes. He is sincere and flexible. The best part is that he also explains the why part and always willing to do more. It's hard to find a coach like him who combines training and strong conversations. Very effective statergy.

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. Mike woils always contact me prior to our training session to let me know he was on his way. Always punctual and ready to go as soon as he got there. Usually when I go to the gym I get distracted and do not have any set system for working out, . Mike help me with a routine that kept me focused. It was amazing that if you have someone teaching you the proper way to work out, you end up getting an amazing results. He designed a workout program for me to use after I was done training with him. Had my schedule allowed me to continue training, I would have Kept him as a personal trainer. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to have a new workout routine.
I was hesitant to try personal training - skeptical of what could actually be accomplished in a small area in my home. Fast forward 10 weeks and bam! I feel amazing and have already decreased my BMI 5 points. Danielle challenges me but reminds me to listen to my body. Beginning round 2 this week.

Before training with Noah, clothes shopping involved me picking out lots of tops - rarely pants - and then putting everything back at the last minute and leaving the store empty handed. Now, I've walked into a store, tried on and bought the first pair of pants in my goal size. That is only the most obvious example of how everything, for me, is a totally different experience. Becoming happier and fitter is pervasive and when I decided to invest in myself and start training with Noah, I got way more than I expected. Noah's knowledge, passion, guidance, and positive attitude have changed my life. I've let go of fitness regrets, lost weight I've wanted to lose for 20 years, become fitter and stronger, and become more capable and happier. Those sorts of changes impact everything -- it has translated to me being better friend, wife and mom. Noah is a motivational good person who walks the walk and has a very enjoyable presence. Training with Noah is one of my favorite and most frequently celebrated decisions. He's the best!
Nina is amazing! Before I started training with her, I tried everything to lose weight and tone but I was not seeing any results. Nina really helped by personalizing both my workouts and diet to exactly what my body needed. I saw results in just weeks! She is very knowledgeable and extremely flexible. I have a very busy schedule and I didn’t think I would have time for a trainer, but she was really good at creating personalized workouts that I could also do on my own. I highly recommend her!
I trained with Casey for approximately 4 years. In that time Casey has dramatically improved my strength and cardio along with the fact I lost 15lbs. Enfuse Fitness built a workout routine that was focused on my fitness goals and targeted the areas that I needed to strengthen. After going for a couple of months I could see and feel the results, my body was stronger; I was able to complete more squats and I had more stamina when hiking. Per my request they held me accountable for my diet and were able to give me pointers about meal ideas, suggesting substitutions that I had not previously considered.
The training at EK-Fit is thorough and always challenging. The workout routines change and promote pushing myself to a higher level. Bobby is eager to learn about my individual needs and goals as well teach me proper techniques. Clare is a knowledgeable professional who finds out your goals beforehand. Her background allows her to address any health concerns, prior injuries, etc. She makes her kick boxing class fun and inviting. She practices what she preaches and she listens to your individual needs to maximize your time and energy. I'm so happy to have a workout that I enjoy doing and it works all my muscles. The hour goes super quick and I look forward to learning all the moves she teaches. DEFINITELY would recommend her class or personal training. You won't be disappointed.

Christine is a fabulous human and a top notch trainer. I have been working with her for a year and a half now and lost a fair amount of weight along the way. She is knows when and how to push me. I always leave a session feeling like a million bucks and that's not something I could ever get out of trying to work out on my own. Her kind but firm approach has managed to get the best results out of me. I feel stronger than I ever have.
