RAP is really great! He knows so many different exercises and he's pushed me to try new things even when I was being stubborn. He's dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals. One of mine is building more muscle in my thighs and glutes but I struggle to find exercises that work for me. RAP is always creative in coming up with new things and I appreciate that. I was worried initially about being in a group session, but RAP does a good job of paying everyone attention and constantly checking in. I've been using RAP for over a year now. I'm more knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and I've been able to see results from the measurements and pictures he takes! I highly recommend him :D

I have been going to the gym for years but now I want muscle definition. I've been trying it by myself but not getting what I wanted. She designed the work outs I needed to do give me my goal, and now muscles are taking shape. She also pointed out I was not eating enough and encouraged me to do so, I was eating the right stuff, just not enough. She is very encouraging and most importantly, She walks the walk that she talks. I have been to so many trainers that preached but did not follow their own guide lines. She stays in touch with me all the time and makes me feel that she really does care. I am honestly in the best shape of my life.
This gym is very inviting unlike most gyms that are intimidating. The staff is very friendly (as are the clients I run into), the price is extremely reasonable and I like having the flexibility of being able to book with any of the available trainers although I work with Jason King 99% of the time. There are a variety of machines to try, classes to sign up for and a shower for those days you want to fit in a workout before work. The gym has grown since it opened and has equipment for cardio, strength, TRX and circuit training. I highly recommend signing up for three sessions even if you don't plan to continue afterwards. It'll help boost your morale and begin your fitness journey.
Josh has been my strength & conditioning coach since this January & I can honestly say there's no one else who could do a better job. He's extremely knowledgeable in everything from basic training & diets, to Olympic lifting. He has a great sense of humor & treats you like his best friend while still maintaining a serious atmosphere. I am a swimmer & he knew exactly what exercises would be best to help me improve in my sport. I've had at least 40# PR's in all my lifts & dropped seconds off my swim times. He truly is dedicated & believes in his athletes.
