I have been in this fitness program for about 5 months and have done Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates, Zumba, spinning, water cardio, kickbox cardio, total body conditioning, boot camp conditioning, HIIT interval training, cardio intervals, and core N more. All trainers are highly qualified and committed and devote enough time to each student to make sure we are getting a proper workout and doing everything correctly. This is a superb program and I highly recommend it to everyone who is seeking to get fit and who needs to motivation to workout. I have lost 8 lbs and toned my body. I feel healthier and full of energy everyday. And get this, you can take as many classes as you want for $69 for month. Can you beat that?

Ken is a phenomenal trainer and massage therapist! I have been working with him for several years! He challenges me to reach new heights, but safely works within my bodies limits. He has helped me quickly but safely rehab after my numerous surgeries and medical issues. He is also a great educator regarding nutrition, exercise and overall well being. Workouts are never Boring or Routine! Ken is very professional and personable and I would highly recommend him!

Pam's terrific. She's been training me for 4 months with interesting combinations of cardio training interspersed with free weights, machines, resistance bands, exercise balls and some good old fashioned situps and crunches with a modern twist. These total body workouts have addressed my stability, mobility/flexibility, balance, strength, posture and power. Since I'm in my mid fifties, I just didn't think I could regain so much fitness so fast. I not only feel stronger and more flexible, I'm hitting the golf ball much further and lost a size.

I have worked with Daniel Larson as my personal trainer since April 2013. He has really made a difference in how I feel about exercise. It's not so boring anymore! Jancer is a very professional and serious trainer. It is not a just a part time job for him, this is his career and you can tell he lives by what he teaches. He stays in touch with clients to make sure they are on track and takes a true interest in their well being. I've been a customer (for personal training) for almost a year and love the workouts. Although I need to lose weight, that is my doing :(, but my body composition is definitely different. Boot camp is very challenging!! I would highly recommend Jancer for either boot camp, personal training or both.
I've been working out with Claudette for almost two years; she's my personal trainer and boot camp instructor. She has a wealth of knowledge about body dynamics and makes sure all moves are done correctly and safely. She is always adding new exercises, so workouts are challenging, and fun. The results I've experienced have been amazing...added strength, muscle definition, weight loss, and I just generally feel so much better and more confident about myself. I started training with Robert 3 1/2 years ago and can honestly say that he has transformed me not only physically but mentally as well. I am stronger now at 50+ than I have ever been as an adult and feel a mental calmness and clarity that I attribute to my regular workout habit that I have been able to maintain for all of this time because I enjoy it so much! He started us on this seven week "New Year, New You" Challenge to lose weight and get stronger and has done so much to not only ensure our success on the challenge but post-challenge as well! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I did a popular boot camp before this on a strict diet and then when i joined here i got faster results than ever in a shorter time along with muscle gain iv never seen before !! it is insane fun and motivating !!!
I have been with FIVE SIX ONE since it was established. Over the course of the last year, I have seen a drastic increase in my stamina and muscle strength. I am the strongest I have been in my life, and it’s due mainly to the lack of routine lifting. Every day brings different exercises based on the creative effort of Nick. He studies all different material to maximize your potential in the gym. He is a great motivator, and can cater to injuries and mental barriers. He knows how to help you grow, and takes pride in seeing you succeed. His knowledge of physiology and nutrition add to the boot camps worth. The friendships built in the class are incredible as well. Everyone is super welcoming and willing to add their ideas to classes. I would recommend this bootcamp to anyone in the area.
