I recommend Damien as a trainer to anyone. I have to admit, I was weary of personal trainers as I believe the field is saturated with many who lack experience. However, Damien is an outlier in the field. I first began one-on-one sessions with Damien and was so satisfied with my workouts that I convinced my girlfriend to begin training with him as well. My honest review of Onyx Fitness Training. I was always considered the best athlete in high school and in college. For the years leading up to now, I had several issues that occurred that prevented me from exercising; family issues, starting a family, etc. On the day in which I decided to actually begin training, I quickly realized that I needed help. I began looking for personal trainers in my area on Thumbtack and saw that this guy OC is pretty good. Naturally, I did a background check to make sure everything checked out, but once I was comfortable enough, I made the decision to go on ahead and contact him. Once I arrived, he and his partner Sheldon welcomed me with open arms. They gave be a tour and was surprised as o the size of the personal training gym. (It did not look that big from the outside). So they took my body fat and my measurements. And then all hell broke loose! I began with a light round of squats and lunges. But they corrected my form. After a few more exercises I began feeling dizzy. O.C. immediately stopped the workout, got me some electrolytes…and laid me down. We all laughed but I made it through the workout. Am looking forward to future workouts!

Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training.
