Both I and my son studied with Judy. I participated in adult Rock Band Boot camp, keyboard lessons and vocal lessons. I've been playing trombone for 45 years, but some of the most fun was Rock Band Boot Camp. Judy figured out how to integrate a group of adults with all their hangups and odd instrument combinations to make a fun exciting and meaningful musical experience. I branched out into keyboard and Judy worked her magic with that as well. When I found out she was leaving, I thought, I may never have someone who will help me sing in public again. She got me over the hump and on the stage. I have never had so much fun. For a few minutes I was a rock star. With my 8 year old son she did some keyboard, but when she started working with him singing! We never knew what an energetic performer he was! It was an experience he will draw on for the rest of his life. Judy will teach you music, but more importantly, she'll teach you that there is so much in you waiting to come out.

My daughters have taken lessons in violin and voice with Sybil's for over 2 years and the results have been amazing. The online classes provide the flexibility that we need as we live in a remote area and with a busy job I have less time to drive them to and from lessons. The discipline of attending classes and learning music has helped them with their attitude/approach to their school studies and participating in the live music recitals has given their confidence the boost they both needed.

I have never worked with any coach with such unique warm up techniques that really work. Louis has not only presented himself to me as a phenomenal coach, but a musical mentor that pushes me to grander levels of vocal production every time we meet. I warn you -- lessons with him are a real work out; however, they totally pay off! I can guarantee he will not only get you into much better vocal shape, but also help you discover new places you thought your voice would never be able to go!

My teenage daughter has really grown through weekly voice lessons with Wendy. Wendy focuses on teaching proper technique and healthy vocal habits, and I hear the results in my daughter's tone within and between sessions. She somehow knows just the right way to cue and correct for positive results. Wendy has really helped my daughter develop a competitive edge for high school and community theater auditions. Lessons have been a worthwhile investment for us!

My daughter has been taking voice lessons with Miss Pamela since 2010. She has taught her how to properly sing music without forming poor muscle memory. This includes proper posture, head placement, and breathing techniques which helped my daughter improve her vocal range. Miss Pamela prepares her students for vocal competitions and scholarship opportunities. She encourages them to participate in community performances to build their resumes. Miss Pamela takes pride in her students and their accomplishments. She has a genuine interest in their lives and making them the most prepared they can be for pursuing a degree/career in vocal performance.

I do musical theater and jazz too.No rap, country, or gospel. Pop is debatable. I take all ages for lessons. Piano levels I teach are beginning through intermediate. I took private piano lessons for five years. Kathy Rodenbaugh is an outstanding and enthusiastic teacher. She is extremely knowledgable and shares background information on the compositions we worked on. I would not have made satisfactory progress without her assistance.

About

I have over 20 years experience teaching music. I offer classes for young children and individual lessons for students of all ages. Individuals have studied with me in the areas of piano, voice, music theory, ukulele, and guitar. My teaching is unique because of my ability to meet the student where they are, get to know their learning style and specific strengths and needs. This helps achieve great results for each student by letting them take part in directing their learning. We can focus on classical or pop music, theory and technique, or whatever it is that the student wants to accomplish musically. Lessons with me are always thorough in content, and of high quality. My product stands out for its value.
