Dagion is doing a great job of motivating me to work out even though he knows I don't want to:-) He has been very professional and my workouts have been effective thus far. I told him I needed to lose 30 pounds by my birthday and he has devised a daily workout for me to reach my fitness goals. I recommend D to anyone who wants to work on their fitness goals!

Hands down the best experience for personal/group training in the Fort Lauderdale area. Trainers are very attentive to us clients and truly well educated with their craft. Workouts very with each day and the vibe of the gym is positive and fun! Very happy and grateful to be apart of SFTS.
Im a 59yo female and have been training all my life. However. I had to switch it to safer workouts due to the fact , that as im aging my body responds different. Don has made a huge change in my fitness curriculum with quick results. Ive been trianing with him for the last 2 years & Ive been able to gain muscle mass & better shape. Most importantly, hw makes you feel like you can achieve that goal all while having fun. Great trainer, great motivator!
I started working with Nelson in 2009 when I realized to make it as a professional athlete I really needed to step up my fitness. Immediately he understood exactly what I needed to work on fitness wise to help me achieve my goals. I have seen an amazing change in my overall fitness levels while working with Nelson. He is extremely knowledgeable and keeps it interesting by having you do different workouts everytime that are very rewarding. Matt is is an awesome trainer. After taking one of his 10 week core classes, my core gained strength and now I'm forming the ab lining like I wanted, but my core isn't the only area I see awesome results. My legs and cardio have bettered times 3. Aside from seeing results better than what I expected, Matt is a fun, supportive trainer, that truly cares about his students. Recommend him big time!

I have ben with Andres for roughly two years now doing personal training. His training has challenged me in all areas and has produced amazing results for me and my body. Training has ranged from boxing to Olympic lifting to regular plyometric and drills. He has always pushed me to do more and because of that I am finally satisfied with my body image and physical capabilities. I wouldn't ask for another trainer - he poses both professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone.
