We called Mario (the owner) and told him what we needed to do since we were going to sell the property. Turns out Mario flips homes himself and knew exactly what we were looking for.Mario came to the house and gave an initial quote. We thought it was fairly priced and gave the green light. Like all projects, demolition discovered some unexpected issues. Also, and more importantly, Mario had many good recommendations on how to prepare the house for sale and incorporate the change orders while keeping us on budget.End of story, the house was on the market for one weekend and we are under contract.
