Don Aubrey was a trainer at the gym where I worked out called Club Fit in Cooper City Fl. He was a man who took his training seriously and I highly recommend him to several of my friends because I saw the results in all the clients he trained. There were times when he didnt have a client and he would come over and help me with my workouts!!! He is a very kind and very professional guy with a great personality!!!

Modifies Thomas listens, observes then modifies the exercise or workout in accordance with your current condition, Injury, illness or fitness goals. Motivates Thomas motivates by leading by example and rational encouragement. If you are looking for someone to bark at you from the sidelines while you flail about, he may not be your man. Results I am a cyclist and love riding long hours in the saddle accumulating many miles along the way. We are talking 200+ miles a week. When you spend this much time doing one thing you build imbalances in the body. Strong Legs and back working against week abs and arms have the propensity to cause injury. I went to Thomas Terrell to work on those imbalances, avoid injury while building power. I also dropped a good 20lbs in the process increasing my power to weight ratio. In 2012, I climbed the storied climb of Mont Ventoux on my 50th birthday. This was one of the most difficult almost impossible self-inflicted challenges I have ever completed. An event of gourmet suffering, I cannot have completed such a grueling climb without having spent the hours in the gym with Thomas. With his guidance, together we built a solid structure my legs could use as leverage in order to ascend that fabled mountain. In 2013, I completed the Miami Super Spartan race. Eight miles and 15+ energy sapping obstacles including wall climbs, swimming, tire flips, rope ladder climbs and more. Thomas modified my workout to build the kind of strength and explosive power necessary to complete these obstacles without inflicting injury in the process. In 2014, I just spent a week climbing the 6-GAPS of Northern Georgia in training for attempting the 6-GAP century later this year. This is certainly not as difficult as Mont Ventoux but the story lays in the journey, not the result. In early 2013 I repeatedly became ill, eventually contracting adult onset Asthma. Imagine a cyclist that cannot breath. Workouts were difficult to complete and the amount of time spent in bed, sick, whittled away at my strength and fitness. A few months later, I developed Sciatica pain from herniated disks. If you have experienced this pain, you know real pain. Thomas continued to work with me, modifying my workout and exercise to accommodate my situation. It has been a difficult time recovering both mentally and physically. Thomas never gave up on me. My Sciatica pain and asthma is in control and my strength and fitness continue to improve. I am looking forward to what 2015 will bring. Who knows, maybe I will ride the most feared Circle of Death for my 55th birthday .

Marlene is a phenomenal dietician! She has A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE when it comes to eating right and staying healthy! She is dedicated to creating healthy nutritious meal plans for people who are always on the go. As a nurse, sometimes I don't even get a chance to pee or sit down and eat a healthy meal. So I grab whatever is most convenient--and usually unhealthy. Nutra-style worked with me to devise a meal plan which included meal-prep a week in advance, quick and easy delicious recipes to use during the week, which worked out well for someone with a super hectic schedule. What i loved about Nutra-style is tjat allowed me to eat healthy during the week so that i had some room to cheat on weekends and eat out at my favorite restaurants or sneek in some not-so-good for you treats! 😀Gotta run!
