Liana was outstanding!! I did a small get together at my house with some close girlfriends and Liana was our instructor. We did a beginner yoga class with some stretching, breath work, and sound bowl meditation with some oils. She had some pleasant relaxing music, brought some extra mats too. Everyone had an amazing time!
