Onyx Fitness Training is an awesome experience! They start off with a free session...take bodyfat and measurements. They are very experienced and knowledgeable with Exercise Physiologists and certified personal trainers on hand. I was very impressed with their facility and their beach workouts are amazing! I would definitely recommend!
I have been to a few personal trainers over the years and Anna is by far the best. She has a keen eye for detail, always ensuring your former is correct....which helps protect you from injury and makes you work the targeted area even better!! Her gym is neatly laid out and very clean! A huge plus for me!! On top of all this she takes videos of you working out to show you your form and remind you that you really can do it!! Super encouraging! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about improving their health!!
My experience with Corey has been nothing less than exceptional! He is undeniably reliable and consistent when planning workouts for the week, and, being that I'm a teacher, that is extremely important to me! At our first meeting, he allowed me to train at my own pace to see where I was athletically, and since then I've gradually started to be challenged by all different routines and workouts, which I believe is one of the most important concepts when working with a personal trainer... Without a bit of challenge, there will be no change! (And this is coming from a previous "go to gym and don't step off the treadmill kind of girl!). I've been training with him for about a month now and I am already seeing great changes in my body that I've literally never seen before. I started working out with Julian on June 2016, and it's been a life-changing journey for me toward my health and fitness goals. I have a very demanding and stressful job, working a lot of long hours almost daily. Julian helped convert me from someone who dreads exercise and any physical activity to someone who craves it so I can feel and be better physically, mentally, and emotionally - the right exercises and personal trainer will do that for you. Julian knows fitness, nutrition, and healthy living like no one else. He gets to know your lifestyle, stress points, and fitness and health issues, and customizes and designs workout sessions aimed to move you from one milestone goal to the next one. While I've always shied away and was intimidated by gyms, fitness equipment, and trainers before, Julian eased me through all of that by working with my schedule and encouraging and supporting me through those fears and doubts - he breaks down every intimidating exercise, movement, and equipment until I can use them at my own pace. Then he changes it up so it's more challenging! :) I continue to work with Julian. Having him as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions I've ever made for my wellness and health!
I just finished my first session with Craig Marks and Damian at Tru-Fit. Both are very professional, exremely qualified and patient. I've used a few different personal trainers in the past and Craig and Damian really stand out and are heads above the others. I will gladly recommend Tru-Fit to others and look forward to my next sessions and results!
I am a middle aged woman who had three surgeries a year ago. While I am currently healthy and only about 5 pounds overweight I noticed I was weak. I would get winded going up stairs, doing housework or walking my dog. I wanted to start working out but was not into going to a gym. I contacted Nolan for personal training and explained my situation as I was not sure he would take me on as a client. He agreed to work with me. My first few workouts were really tough but I persisted. (I actually couldn't do more than 30-40 minutes.) Nolan has been very patient with me. I have now been working out about 4 months and feel so much better. I don't get winded and am able to workout for a full hour at a time. I feel stronger which was my goal. I am going to continue working out with Nolan as I now what to get toned. I highly recommend Nolan. I am getting results.

Before hiring a personal trainer from Svetness I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. My trainer knows how to keep the workouts interesting and when it's boring it's not effective. Svetness know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. My trainer, George, took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals and then developed a carefully planned routine.
After two months working out with Pedro I must say that he is an amazing trainer. He always makes sure that I do the exercises correctly, and efficiently. I highly recommend Pedro as a personal trainer!

Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training. Legendary Fitness are well organized and provide a clean, welcoming environment with equipment for all my needs. Both, the one on one sessions and the group classes are very creative (Ive never get bored!) plus I get a custom diet designed to meet my personal goals. The exercises along with the constant drive and motivation from my trainer are intense but he keeps the classes fun as I feel myself getting stronger both physically and mentally. We review my diet, training and goals very often. I am very satisfied with Legendary Fitness and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in enhancing their physical and psychological well being.
