Latest Review: Rap is an extremely knowledgable personal trainer. He doesn't only focus on weight loss and gaining muscle, but he helps you obtain a better, more well-balanced lifestyle. My posture and balance has definitely improved, too. I am a beginner when it comes to fitness, but I already made progress in a short amount of time. I like that he really individualizes the workouts for each client, according to what they want. He also emphasizes injury-prevention, which is unique to find. He is fun to be around and truly cares about you as an individual!
