If you are looking for a caterer for any reason, stop your search here. Chef Brian is the greatest to work with! Dade County Food Group catered my 100 person wedding.... And HAMD MADE GNOCCHI for everyone. I believe Chef Carlos was up for many hours the night before rolling out the tiny gnocchi for my guests- now that's service! Cocktail hour was such a hit that my guests are still craving the chicken and waffles and bacon wrapped, goat cheese stuffed dates! (Ps- Please let Brian add bacon to your menu! They are bacon magicians). I had such a wonderful experience working with Brian and his entire team from the private food tasting, to his help with referrals, to my wedding day. Brian's staff was professional, looked great, was earlier than on time and even had everything cleaned and organized before they left. Now for Brian's wait staff and bartenders- my guests are STILL talking about the level or service they got! Usually people gush over the flowers, the food, or (blush) the bride! But my guests were most impressed with how wonderfully the staff served the food, tended the bar, cleaned up plates, and glasses never went empty! It started pouring after our cocktail hour, so Brian's staff physically moved one of the bars and all the alcohol/ drinks under the tent and kept pouring the bubbly. If there was an issue, I never knew about it. That's what you want on your wedding day- a caterer who serves amazing food and provides your guests with an amazing experience all while keeping you stress free! Thank you Brian, Carlos and team! You guys are my caterers for life !

Dave and Josefina are married which made communication ten times easier during this whole process. My husband and I are from New Jersey and had our wedding was in Key Largo with only 6 weeks to plan. The planning went very smoothly and we were able to get a hold of Dave and Josefina whenever we needed to. Dave gave us an excellent and reasonable price within our budget for our cocktail hour, dinner, desserts, and cake. He prepares everything fresh on site and created our cake at 4:00AM the day of our wedding so it could be as moist as possible. Besides the fact that the food was AMAZING and all of my guests were raving about it, Dave is a kind, considerate, and professional man. He prepared a plate for me (the bride) when pictures went over in schedule and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He also made my flower crown so he truly is a man of many talents! Josefina created the flowers for our wedding and they turned out beautiful! I wanted a very simple, romantic design and she was able to bring that vision to life. She also gave us a very reasonable price for what we needed and was a pleasure to work with. Josefina sent pictures to me of what she was creating to get the okay and being a part of that didn’t make it feel like I was hundreds of miles away trying to plan a wedding. Josefina is a true talent with decorations, designing, planning, and creating! Dave and Josefina are a wonderful couple who can do it all! Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without their help. They saved us a bunch of times from full blown panic mode and truly listened to our needs. We love Tasty Creations!

Great services!!! if I could give her more stars I would.We wanted a bilingual ceremony, because some of our guest didn't speak English and some didn't speak Spanish, and Damaris gave us different ceremonies options to make the day special. My wife and I could not have been happier with That Awesome Entertainment Co. The company was recommended to us by my then brother-in-law to be who found them through good reviews online and after a very brief meeting, we had a good feeling about them. After meeting with Jessica and Franco, we pretty much knew we would pick them for our wedding. We felt they both understood us and our kind of music and the kind of atmosphere we were hoping for although we come from different cultures, Jessica and Franco assured us they would be able to create a fusion of the music that we relate to. Prior to our wedding both Jessica and Franco were in constant communication with us planning out everything. They made sure he could pronounce the bridal party and parent's names and they went over all the details of how the night would run. Jessica was also our wedding planner which made our life so much easier as she took care of gathering all the information from our other vendors, contacted them and made sure that they were all on the same page in order to deliver the best possible outcome on our big night. My wife and I had a few special requests which was addressed perfectly by Jessica and we went over the type of music that we wanted to be played throughout the night and Franco was able to get a good sense of what we wanted and crushed it. The dance floor was always full, even before dinner was served. So much that we didn’t even get a change to finish our food since the music was so great that the requests to dance with us were endless. So many people came up to us during the wedding and afterwards praising both Jessica and Franco. Our families come from very different cultures and on our wedding night the dance floor was basically a big melting pot where we all enjoyed all types of music. Both my wife and I have a distinct taste in music and thanks to Franco, our family and guests were able to experience that. We cannot thank you guys enough for what you did on what has been the most important night of our lives so far and we appreciate all the effort that you put into it. You guys were really AWESOME!!

We had the Paella Valenciana for our 10-year wedding anniversary party. Jorge was very easy to work with. We were able to get in contact with him easily and quickly. He and a staff member came to our event early and conducted themselves like true professionals. They also stayed until everyone ate and had time to get seconds. They were in no rush to leave. The presentation was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We would definitely use Paella VIP and Jorge again.

Words can’t even begin to describe my appreciation towards Mariane and all she did. I had a dream wedding and specific things I wanted and Mariane took my vision and not only turned it into reality but she made it better than what I could have ever imagined. Our wedding was flawless. People could not stop talking about how amazing it was and saying how it was the best wedding they ever been to and like a fairytale. I was lucky enough to find Frankie to put together my absolute dream wedding! I don’t know how she did it but from start to finish I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Her knowledge and contacts were all professional and dependable! The venue was perfect for our small wedding. All of my guests raved about the delicious food and amazing cake! Not only was Megan great at what she did. She was a fun person which just made it so much more enjoyable. I worked with her as a day of planner which meant I had majority of the leg work done and at around 2 weeks prior she took over as far as communications with vendors and then on the wedding day she made sure everything was a dream. She went above and beyond my expectations. We booked the reception at the Lake Worth Casino, which requires clean up to be done after the event, she took care of that so my family and I could go home enjoy the rest of the night. She was amazing and I completely 100% recommend her. I plan on using her again for the next big event we have.

Elaine was with me every step of the way for all of my random questions, thoughts, etc as I was planning my wedding. She even came to my wedding dress alteration sessions, helped me select the perfect robes for my bridesmaids for our "getting ready" photos, met with my florist, came to my meetings with the catering manager at the hotel, and contacted All of my vendors to set up a timeline for The day of. I was having trouble incorporating one of my colors into the decor so she even offered to make beautiful little boxes for the tables that would act as another giveaway and would add a contrasting color to the whole decor. I could not have asked for a more dedicated wedding planner leading up to my actual wedding day.

A wedding planner can be contracted at any stage in the wedding planning process to help to any degree the couple is willing to pay for. Wedding planning is similar to event planning in that a planning team handles the coordination of multiple wedding elements including catering, venue, guests, entertainment, decor, transportation and more. Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding can confirm that wedding planning is hard work. Experience brings wisdom when it comes to avoiding or resolving day-of challenges. There is no legal regulatory body that oversees or certifies wedding planning as an industry. Anyone who chooses can call themselves a wedding planner. How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. Several factors affect the cost of day-of coordination, including the region, the planner’s experience, and the specifics of the wedding. If the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, expect to pay more than if they’re in the same place. What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
  • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..

Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:

  • Distributing the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors.
  • Coordinating all of your vendors, including the photographer, florist and baker.
