The Tech was able to be here the same day. (Which was great!)
He looked at my door problem and told me the fee would be $395 to fix the loose door jam and replace one set of slider door rollers.
Obviously, he knows the general amount of time to fix the problem, and I do not. So, I agreed.
Twenty minutes later he was completed with my slider door fixed.
YES, I agreed to his fee, but I feel taken advantage of my slider door ignorance. That is a hefty fee for 20 minutes of work and travel time, as he reminded me. LRO
