Halston really has made a change for the better since meeting him. He is very knowledgeable about his field of work and strives to learn more and grow within in it for himself and his clients. I am not going to lie it was hard at first having to make that lifestyle change for myself and I slip up here and there. But overall he has helped better myself and help me meet my goals. He isn't just there for the money he genuinely cares about his clients and what their needs are. He pushes you to your full potential in a great way, works with you on any subject from your diet, your form, etc. Overall he is a 5-Star Personal Trainer and you should give him a call you not be disappointed
I started with Matt as my personal trainer about a little less than 2 months ago. Matt is exceptional at providing motivation without being pushy, he gets you to the very limit of your own ability and nudges you just enough to push past it with each session. He is able to keep every session unique enough the keep your body confused and hungry to keep growing. A hour workout with Gary Lee two times a week. We do a great variety of exercises that work my muscles and cardio. He is always thinking of new ways to get more out of our workout. Very consciousness of proper form. Which in turn allows me to maximize the exercise that I am performing. In a work out we will lift weights, lunges, sit ups, jumping jacks and run. This is just a few of the exercises we do. He changes up to keep it exciting for us. I have been working with Gary for 3 years and I am very pleased with his services provided as a personal trainer.
