I've been going to Al for trigger point release therapy for about a year. I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis for over 10 years. I've received several pain injections on both my feet over the years but the pain would come back again and again. I Crossfit several times per week and my injuries weren't allowing me to complete the full workout. I constantly found myself having to modify everything. Al is a miracle worker. Within a couple sessions I found release and now can run, jump rope etc. I highly recommend. He's professional, very knowledgeable in his field and an all around fantastic trainer and massage therapist.

When I submitted a request through Thumbtack for a personal trainer, I specified that I had a medical condition that required a trainer with knowledge and experience with my diagnosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis. Quite honestly, several of the responses I received were insane. I'm astounded that some of these trainers actually have clients when their grammar and intellect leaves me in doubt and suddenly they were all qualified medical professionals and when reading their profiles it was clear they were anything but. Then, I received a response from Craig Marks. He provided me with his background and credentials and 5 legitimate references of former clients he's trained who also had AK. His training, knowledge, experience and physical therapy background sets him apart from any other trainer in South Florida. I chose Craig and am thrilled I did. I'm off to a great, safe start and eager to share my results with the world.

I used your website in order to find a personal trainer. a few people contacted me and of those I had to pick one. My intention was to talk with them all and even meet with them then make my decision. I reviewed all the info posted about them. My first pick was Daniel Larson. i simply knew i had to go no further. He is the best personal trainer i have had, and I had a few. Here is why. Its hard to find someone who is committed. Daniel is punctual (90% of life). He walks in with energy, lifts my spirits when I am down, and I have been on many occasions, makes me smile before he starts going through my routine, which, by the way, is well-written up for me, with a little note on the side giving each day a unique name. He takes into consideration what's best for the client, he talks to you, discuss your needs, goals, long term, short term, your commitment to be healthy, he encourages you to do your best, he is very health conscious. He spends the time trying to encourage you to do the best for yourself without going over the limit. I am sure this can be said about a lot of trainers but sustainability is something that does not often last long after clients are recruited. Daniel is not one of those trainers. The intensity is still there, his commitment to me is even higher, never let's me give up-a gentle "pusher" with only positive thoughts. He helps me with my "diet", nutrition, advises me on great health foods without "stepping over the line". He became a friend without losing his professionalism. He never watches the time, never in a hurry to rush you through the session, money obviously is not his primary and sole goal, it's seeing the look of health and satisfaction on his client's face. In addition, there is one special thing-he takes me to the point where I actually like exercising, it's not so much repetition but quality of each exercise-when you are just about to say "one more push up and i am going to quit", at the point where i would give up and give out - he lets up at that precise moment as if he read my thought, which puts a smile on my face and encourages me even more. He knows his stuff, is great to work with, and is simply the best. Ladies, guys, if you need a great trainer, a great guy, then I can tell you Daniel is the man!!! Commitment is his virtue, result is his gratification.

I met Sgt Cedrick Miles at LAFitness, he was assigned to me for Personal Training at Master Level. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about the rationale for the exercises that I was performing. He is professional, efficient, a good teacher, provides good nutritional education and is friendly. He was very skillful in adding weights and/or repetitions. Breathing and exercise form was coached through every set. He boosts your confidence by great demonstration of the exercises as well as performing some of the sets. Lastly, Sgt Miles demonstrated great Leadership with the other Trainers and had a very positive impact for the Training Team.

I was always hesitant to work out with a trainer until I met Thomas. He has helped me understand the importance of how the body needs proper nutrituion combined with regular exercise in order to meet your fitness goals. I have always been strictkly a "cardio" junkie, but since I started strength training, my muscle tone has improved significantly. I am now able to easily perform everyday tasks and best of all have not injured myself in the process. Let me also mention that he does not push you to the limits like other trainers do. Working out with a professional has really motivated me and thus I look forward to my twice a week sessions. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

I broke my tibia and Fibia, as well as dislocated my foot. My hopes to run, jump, or skate seemed to be gone. Chris didn't give up on me and wouldn't let me give up on myself. Now I can run, jump rope, skate, and even pursued my goal of boxing. I couldn't have achieved this without Chris Athans.

I have been"around" and I've experienced many different gyms and trainers so I believe I can give a respectable testimonial about my experience with James Tilley. Not only does he tailor my workouts for my personal needs, which can change weekly, James gives me an effective workout, always paying close attention to my performance so that I will not injure myself. He also explains the movements so I understand HOW I could injure myself and why it is so important to pay attention to technique. Not only have I improved aesthetically but I feel great! I feel younger and more energetic and I am 67 years old!! In addition to his superior abilities as a trainer, James brings to every session his upbeat, energetic, and always encouraging personality. All I can say after this is "I could not be happier with any other personal trainer!" Thank you James for all your hard work!!

Jasmine is an excellent trainer to have in your back pocket! She is not the drill Sargent type always down your back nor is she a push over in any way...she is the perfect combination that you will need to jump start your healthy journey. The hour I spend with her flies by because she keeps me busy, motivated, and laughing! Not to mention, her prices are very reasonable and she is worth every penny if NOT MORE!!

Josh is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had the pleasure of training with. Josh and I have been on a long journey together. When I met Josh, I was 195lbs, had no athletic ability, recently dislocated my knee and was getting ready for my wedding. Josh has been working with me for about 2 years now. I’ve had my ups and downs. One of the biggest hurdles I’ve had to overcome is my knee dislocation. Josh helped me during the healing process more and quicker than my physical therapist. He is very patient and creative with his exercises (If the typical way hurts or I’m not able to perform it, he will come up with alternatives that are still effective). I am now able to run, jump, and compete in OCR’s. I lost 30lbs before my wedding. One of my favorite things about Josh is his passion. He LOVES what he does. He cares for his clients. This isn’t just a job for him. It’s his life mission. He genuinely wants to get to know all of his clients. He is always available if you have a question about an exercise or a nutritional plan. He will help you set up a plan for success that includes exercise, nutrition and mindset. I highly recommend Josh to help mold you to be BEST you can be!

If you're looking for someone who can take your martial arts to the next level, this is the man. His proficiency in southern Chinese kung fu, Lama Pai, is amazing and his ability to weave these skills with his full contact sanda is equally amazing. He is an awesome coach with years of experience both in and out of the ring and if you have the opportunity to train with this man you should jump on the opportunity.

I have been working out with Elizabeth for 2 months. After 20 years of working out with a variety of trainers and workout styles, I am very excited to find her. I am already seeing results in this short amount of time that I didn't always see after years of workouts with other trainers. She explains movement and consequences in a very easy way to understand and visualize. She is very hands-on and makes sure you are doing all of your movements correctly to maximize the results. Elizabeth is a bundle of energy when she arrives and has a no-nonsense but very "user friendly" approach in her training. I would have no hesitation to recommend her and I do!

I've worked with Bernard off and on for years he was not only my trainer but he became a great friend . When he approached me to offer me his services , 'I said, well I really don't need to work out . It's smiled and ask why? Because, I don't have a weight issue' but he gently informed me that working out was just as much a health issue as it was to maintaining weight especially as I one starts maturing. That made sesnse so, I decided to give him my number. He called and check in every now and again. Once ,he called and i said was tired and he offered to go for a walk with me. I said why do I want to go for a walk when I said I'm feeling tired and he said trust me you'll feel better. So, I got up and got dressed and we walked and talked about life and work. I didn't know it at the time why he kept asking me what i liked to do for fun . I finally thought about and said dancing. So he offered to go with me, ok. We did and i had fun hanging out with as a person. Finally, because there was no pressure and his true interest was for me to be healthy I agreeded to just start walking with him twice a week, for a fee of course. I hated working out and the idea of going into a gym maybe cringe. On one of our walks he said said you like dancing. I've heard of something lately about a new fitness program called Pole Fitness . He asked if id ever heard of it? I said no and he said why don't you go take the class and see if that's something you're interested in. I did and i was hooked. So now I saw his mode of operandi. He wanted to give me a reason to want to work out., sneaky but effectuve. I agreed to work out but under one condition, only if he could help me get strong enough to climb the pole . This was all he needed it was on and Poppin as he says, lol! I still didn't go to the gym he helped me out at home doing sit-ups and push-ups and bicep curls, jumping jacks and the dreaded jump rope. Bernard has a very gentle spirit and works with you until he finds a regimen that works with your personality. He has several options of programs I personally like the stretch regimen that he has cuz I could lay there and he would do all the work as he says , he he ha ha 😎. I will miss him dearly. He has relocated to Florida with some new Innovative programs. I wish I was there because I've gained a few pounds and this is not a health issue it's weight ,LOL ! I wish you the best of my friend. Andrew is one of the best trainer . You get great quality out of hime. I worked out with him for over 3 months and meet every goal we set.. He give you a 150 % . OPne thing that i think is great is he puts core into every work out and contacts you daily either via text or email to get the progess going.He also makes the work out good

Started coming here recently & I'm very happy. Kamil, our trainer, is very knowledgable about proper form & great work outs to not only keep you motivated but keep your body guessing & that way you are guaranteed to loose fat & gain muscle. In other words, get fit, lean & quick (as long as you also maintain a proper diet. In others words, don't run out to Shake Shack after). It's nice to be outside in the park & they provide you with all the equipment from kettle balls, to jump ropes, even a set up of dumb bells. He changes it up every work out. What I appreciate the most about our trainer is that he is a certified paramedic so if you are ever in any physical trouble, he can spot it right away & help you out. For example, my first session, that day I ate very little carbs & we had an extremely intense but great leg work out (I was sore for several days after). Kamil was able to sense that I was not feeling well & I mentioned I was dizzy. He asked me my symptoms & immediately told me what to do to recover right away. He explained why it happened & how to avoid it. There are 2 sessions to choose from. 1 sessions starts at 6:30-7:30pm then another from 8-9pm. There's talk about another session starting at 5:30. The classes are also from Monday-Thursday so if you come all 4 days, you have 3 days to recover. (Again avoid those burger & fries during your exercise free days. No point in working so hard to loose weight to ruin it over the weekend.) Kamil also stays connected with you via text & on rainy days he informs you where to meet. I was also happy to be able to pay him using pay pal since its easier for me that way. You won't be disappointed coming here. Every one is very nice & of all levels. From really amazing in shape bad ass girls & a few guys to your beginner like me. Your first session is free so give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

If you name it, I've tried it: personal trainers, crossfit, spinning, workouts at the gym on my own, diet pills, diet teas, restrictive dieting, cycles of cheat days turned into weeks and then months. I didn't know what long term success was until June of 2015 when I took my first class at WTC and started on a life changing health and fitness journey. Under Robert's guidance, I've been able to completely transform my body and nutrition. I've lost 25 lbs, reduced my body fat by 12%, and lost 4 dress sizes (clothes that didn't fit because they were too tight are now too big). Most importantly I've gained: an understanding that food is fuel and most of the time my body deserves only the highest quality to power my daily activities. I've gained strength and confidence. I've overcome obstacles (pull ups- to name 1) and then surprised myself by surpassing them the next time around. My body composition has completely changed...sometimes I don't recognize myself in the mirror..its been a truly incredible journey. Although the sweat and determination have been mine, Robert and his facility ,Weston Training Center, have provided me with encouragement, challenging and effective workouts and a lot of knowledge that helped me achieve results in a healthy and sustainable manner.
