Approximately 2 weeks after downloading my free Windows 10 " upgrade " my PC lost everything and wouldn't even boot up. I was using a Dell Studio XPS 9100 which I bought in March 2011. I contacted Wayne after trying every PC fix I was aware of, my PC wouldn't boot in Safe mode. I described the problem to Wayne and I explained my situation to him, I'm disabled and wheel chair bound. We agreed on a time and he came to my home. Once here he assessed the situation and opened up my computer while I observed. Wayne ended up having to take my computer with him in order to perform the needed repairs. Wayne was kind enough to set up a temporary computer I had purchased just days after my troubles began. He kept in touch with me throughout the repair process, telling me what he was doing and what was working and what wasn't working. Once he got the computer to boot up he phoned me and he thoroughly explained he was able to install Windows 7 and the computer was booting up properly. I had all of the system and recovery discs, but with a computer that wouldn't boot up, I was lost without Wayne's help. Wayne took the discs with the computer and when he returned this afternoon I once again had a fully functioning PC. The total time I was without my computer was approximately 11 days. Wayne is very professional, knowledgeable, fair and honest. I recommend him to anyone who has a " hopeless " computer problem! Thanks Wayne!
