Halston is amazing - if I could afford it, I'd see him every day! He's the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and can help anyone of all fitness levels. He has very great training sessions and he also knows how to deal with different injuries and sensitivities. I have horrible feet, and he's given me low-impact but strenuous workouts every time I've seen him. That being said, he knows when something painful can be rolled/stretched out rather than just worked around. A couple times when I complained of pain, he had my roll out tight spots and to my amazement, I instantaneously had a better range of motion. He lets me have my overall fitness goals and my occasional superficial goals without any judgment. I have tried many trainers in my time and Halston beats them all! Go see Halston!
Charles is the Best of the Best! I have trained with him off and on for 10 years, this time I am doing his Boot Camp it is very affordable, he can fit your schedule, he designs your workout for you even if you have previous injuries as he is very knowledgeable about anatomy and many different workouts, and sets you up with a great eating plan if you need it. Lewis, is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. He helps you set realistic and attainable goals while keeping your long term health in mind. The meal plans were designed specifically for me with foods that I enjoyed. My workouts were designed with my body type and goals in mind. Within 6 months I had lost 10lbs and was ripped and in the best shape of my life at 38 years old. Lewis was always punctual and worked with my schedule. I felt encouraged and very much a priority when he was training me. I highly recommend Lewis and I am getting ready to start training with him again just to get back on track with my diet and exercise routine. :)
I'm not a big "going to the gym guy" but I love this gym! Over the past 2 years my wife and I have been hopping from gym to gym to boot camp...finally we found Body Control. It has everything we want, in an environment that we feel totally comfortable in. The staff is great, the equipment is top of the line and I actually look forward to going there! Now we are using their personal training with Renall and we couldn't be happier!
I meet the first day with my trainer Coach Tyler and we discussed the various injuries and problems I have. He said that he could work with me and that we could find something that would fit my needs. During the period I had been sending emails to find out about the various programs. I am a disabled Vet. Low income and have various physical problems I meet both the owner and my Coach today and did a routine that will fit what I need. They are very supportive and they will work with you. They are not there to hurt but to encourage and help. I would suggest anyone to call and go visit them. I have the routines I can do at my gym as well. Thanks to you all
His boot camp classes are great. They take into consideration physical conditions like my injured shoulder which will soon be operated upon, while still including appropriate exercises and drills. I got toned up and tightened up. Weight went down a little as well.

Dj has worked with me for several years I attended several of his classes including kickboxing boot camps and weight training. I have spent many years in the gym and have not found anyone as knowledgeable as him. I can say I have met every goal I have set with him and continue to contact him for advice on a regular basis.
I had problems with my computer booting, i had some sort of virus i need to get fixed and he charged less then anyone eles that i could find, great service!

Chris is a great trainer and I have had excellent results! I actually look forward to working out whereas before I dreaded it. He is very knowledge in the areas of fitness and nutrition and is able to provide modifications to the exercises as necesssary for my fitness level or middle-age ailments. I’m also enjoying getting to know my fellow exercisers in class and few like I’m making a few new friends as I get in shape. I give Chris and 904 Fit Camp an A+ rating and highly recommend Chris and his training programs.
I have been a member of Jax Beach Bootcamp for over 2 yrs but Jeff has trained me for about 4 yrs. I have been doing TRX training with him for about a year now and it is my most favorite workout. Jeff is absolutely the best trainer and makes me feel comfortable in whatever new workout I'm learning (I have tried many of his workouts/classes over the yrs). He is knowledgable, trusting, passionate, and most importantly sincerely cares about his clients. I have tried TRX, ab classes, bootcamps, etc. at other places but his instruction is by far the best. He has very reasonable rates and is accommodating in scheduling.
I attended Dave's boot camp class for the first time and struggled through. I had not worked out with that intensity for many years. He was encouraging, supportive and realistic. I appreciated how he complimented us for what we had accomplished and reminded us that the goal is to do something, it doesn't have to be perfection. Also, that the competition is within ourselves. I have been working with Suzy for just under a month and I can't believe how much stronger and better I feel already (and a few pounds down already). I was very nervous at first, and a bit embarrassed by myself, but Suzy made me feel very comfortable right off the bat.
