I met Jeff through Thumbtack and found out very quickly he was very qualified in his profession. The quality of his work is outstanding! He really goes the extra mile so to speak to make sure the quality of your workout is only the absolute best. During your workout Jeff will only let you preform the exercise with correct form. Jeff also feeds you exercise and nutrition data and that you don’t normally get from other fitnesstrainers. His professionalism is so outstanding! He treats his client with the upmost respect and is totally concerned with the condition you are in the gym for. He is always willing to educate everyone without asking with his knowledge not just with Fitness but with nutrition to live a healthier lifestyle. During my off time from working out with Jeff and being in the gym if I have a question I have the ability with Jeff to text message him at any time and he responds very quickly to my needs. I find the value very reasonable for the workout alone. Jeff give you more than just that. He’s always willing to talk to you about anything pertaining to fitness, nutrition or lifestyle changes. Therefore I give him a five star because he does more then is expected. Jeff is always on time and very punctual. When I arrive for my workout everything is set up for my work out and he is ready for me to start the workout. I never feel rushed with Jeff. Jeff’s private fitness training gym is so clean you would think you were in a sterile environment. In summary I am glad I found Jeffrey Urcan on Thumbtack and I am very happy with the way Jeff fitness trains me.

My experience with Glenn is as a colleague. I have been in the fitness business as an aerobic instructor and program manager, a health club manager, and a personal fitness trainer. Best exercise class I have ever done! No matter what shape you are in this class if for you. After a few months I was in the best shape in my life. I always have been active and athletic but this class really gets your core, legs and arms in total shape. Cardio is a part of every class. Katie has the absolute best mix of workout routines so you are never bored and always working to your maximum potential. Katie's classes are truly motivating and fun. She if the fitness PRO!

I have been with FIVE SIX ONE since it was established. Over the course of the last year, I have seen a drastic increase in my stamina and muscle strength. I am the strongest I have been in my life, and it’s due mainly to the lack of routine lifting. Every day brings different exercises based on the creative effort of Nick. He studies all different material to maximize your potential in the gym. He is a great motivator, and can cater to injuries and mental barriers. He knows how to help you grow, and takes pride in seeing you succeed. His knowledge of physiology and nutrition add to the boot camps worth. The friendships built in the class are incredible as well. Everyone is super welcoming and willing to add their ideas to classes. I would recommend this bootcamp to anyone in the area.

I stand out among my peers in the Fitness world because my approach is one from the mindset of the body being able to move in its most natural range of motion. I don't rely on putting a client in a machine, sit back and watch them go through the motions. Instead I place individuals in a position to perform a task (or exercise), to be challenged while doing it, with the ultimate goal of succeeding at the task. This positive enforcement allows individuals to achieve things they never thought possible before they met me. Since every individual is different, I work to adapt both them to the exercise and modify the exercise to them. Many of my previous clients had injuries that limited them in their life and were turned down by trainers. But working with me, I have not only been able to give them more abilities, increased range of motion, but I have also had several come off medication (which they had been told they would be on for life), as well as avoided surgery. My background in the Military allows me to have a different perspective on just what the body can achieve as well as how to achieve it.
