I engaged Rob to stay on top of my workout regime while on vacation in Orlando. The workout sessions were exactly what I asked for - engaging, fun & challenging. Rob is super professional, very knowledgeable and motivating. I also had Rob give me a massage on my second training session and he really knows what he's doing - great technique with super effective results. When I travel to Orlando in the future Rob will be on my 'To Do' list!
I have a doctorate in pharmacy and my knowledge base is very strong when it comes to science, but I have consistently struggled with building the body that I have always wanted. I feel very fortunate to have met Rodney as my personal trainer. I have gone through a couple personal trainers before and my experience has not been good. I decided to give one more shot and was surprised by Rodney’s knowledge and dedication regarding bodybuilding. Rodney has exceeded my expectation. He is more passionate about getting you the results that you desire than yourself. He is flexible, reliable, amicable, and genuine to his core when it comes to discipline and training. He always arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the allotted training time. He is never on the phone when he is training you. He never walks or wanders away in the gym to talk to anyone. His entire focus is YOU in that hour. He gives his 100% in training you. He has a lot of experience in bodybuilding. Very knowledgeable about learning and growing the muscle along with tailored diet to your body’s need. I highly recommend Rodney as a personal trainer if you are looking for a genuine person who takes interest in your success. It’s hard to find personal trainers who will give their 100% in your success and if you are not succeeding they will push you until you get to the next level.

I’m disappointed. Disappointed that Heather left New Zealand to head back to the US and I lost my awesome PT! Heather is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. I met her when she was working in New Zealand and I was lucky enough that I got a coupe of months training with her. I’m not a natural in terms of pushing myself to exercise, and the whole concept of working out is a bit daunting to me. However, Heather quickly pushed that daunting feeling away and made me feel totally at ease, and within one session she made me want to come back for more. She is a such genuine person with a kind heart, and will put any person at ease regardless of their situation. You can see that her work as a PT is so much more than just earning money - she really cares and wants to make a difference. Heather has a knack of knowing how an individual needs to work, whether hard core or a softer approach - I’ve seen both styles with her and I feel I sat in the middle - she pushed me in a way that suited me, working me hard and making me hungry for it, without me resenting it. I can highly recommend Heather as a Personal Trainer, she's the best!

I've been training with Tatiana for about 4 months. She is so fun, motivational, and goal oriented. I really see a difference in my energy and my body, I even feel more positive. Workouts and nutrition were catered to meet my personal needs. Never a boring workout and always mixed things up. Soreness is guranteed! Alan is an awesome trainer! Definitely pushes you to get the most out of every workout. At times you might temporarily feel like hating him when you're tired and doing a set of burpees haha. But you'll quickly realize hard work pays off. I'm motivated by results and sticking with Xtreme I lost over 80lbs and had never felt more physically fit in my life! When I came to Thumbtack seeking a new bootcamp trainer for our group I didn't set my expectations too high. And sure enough, Ave more than exceeded any expectation I could have set. She's an awesome trainer and really knows her craft. She's wicked on-time and very inspiring and motivational. I couldn't have found a better trainer who's not afraid to tell it like it is and give us the workout we need for the best results. I would highly recommend her for any personal training needs.
Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. I recommend Chris, if you are looking for a REAL TRAINER! Down 7bls in 4 weeks and 23 more to Go!!!
Ive worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now Ive incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training .well, I just dont manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals plus hes a lot of fun!
With Mr. Akeem Daniels I feel i am getting an overall, all body workout. He is in tune with my goals and is working toward that. He is progressively progressing me and challenging me. Very happy and satisfied with Mr. Daniels. I highly recommend him.
I trained with Michelle for about two years. I found her to be an outstanding trainer with a wholistic approach. In addition to planning and supervising my workouts, she counseled me on nutrition and healthy eating. I feel that I made tremendous progress under Michelle's guidance. She is a warm and caring person, and also very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend her most highly.

Small group and one-on-one personal training. Nick is extremely passionate and genuine about helping you achieve your fitness goals, no matter what level you are at. He is very down to earth, instead of 'in your face', and can customize workouts based on your likes/dislikes by incorporating different styles/techniques such as kickboxing or yoga, which really appealed to me. Overall really great experiences with Nick, I will continue to work with him in the future!
I have been an athlete my entire life and have had many injuries that have followed me over time. James and I started training together many years ago and he immediately offered to help me with my injuries. I can honestly say that without his help I wouldn't still be exercising. I had severe knee and back problems that he helped me through. In addition to that, I have gone to James many times over the years for guidance on weight training, conditioning, and diet. He always has insightful advice. One thing I enjoy most is that James takes the time to understand exactly what your specific problems and desires are and helps you achieve them.
