The initial consultation was very thorough and he was very personable and genuine. Makes you feel that he really has an interest in seeing you succeed. I've had a couple of training sessions and its been great... I already feel more energetic and stronger.. 1. What fitness goals did you want to accomplish when you hired a trainer? I was interested in healthy meal plans and wanted lose weight and tone up. And, I was thinking of running the KDF mini-marathon again, but needed some motivation and I knew if I lost some weight and started eating better that I’d get the energy and be more motivated. 2. What goals have been accomplished so far? How? I’ve lost weight and am eating better. I feel more energized and am happy to be running again! I’ve also noticed some toning & love that my clothes are getting loose! :) 3. How many pounds and/or inches have you lost since training with Bethany? So far I’ve lost 20 lbs. (159.6 lbs. on Nov. 16, 2013 and 139.6 lbs. Jan. 13, 2014) Inches lost: ? 4. Does Bethany make the workouts fun? Yes she does! She finds ways to not make the workouts boring - they are challenging, but change often and keep me going. For example with cardio - there’s some interval training so it’s not doing the same pace for the full workout. She mixes things up and it really helps keep the motivation going. 5. Do you feel when training with Bethany, you feel challenged? Definitely! I haven’t had one workout that wasn’t challenging. I’m a competitive person so when a workout is given to me, I’m determined to complete it. I trust Bethany to give me a workout she knows I can do and I do my best to get it done. I always feel good afterward and am ready for the next challenge. 6. How Bethany kept you motivated to stick with the program you and she designed together on day 1? She’s always changing it up and keeping it interesting. It’s not the same workout every week and it really helps with motivation. The meal plans are also very good and change often, plus the recipes are super easy and makes planning less stressful. I LOVE every meal I’ve had so far! 7. After working with Bethany, what have you learned to do better or even about yourself? (i.e. How to eat better, you are stronger than you thought, better educated on strength & endurance training, rehabilitated from an injury, etc.) I’ve learned how to eat better and how what I eat helps my energy level and what the best options for pre and post workout are. I’ve also learned that I can do my strength workouts at home, that I don’t need a lot of equipment to have a good workout. And, with the cardio workouts, Bethany has set up for me, I’ve learned how to build up my endurance. I am so excited to be ahead of the training program for the mini-marathon. I usually start training mid-January but now I’m a month ahead and feel like at this rate I have a chance to beat my time from 2 years ago! 8. Would you recommend Bethany to friends and family? Why? Yes I would and I did (my husband). I have worked out with other trainers, but never found one that does meal planning - which is why I first went to Bethany. I did an internet search and her name came up so I looked around for information about her and found her FaceBook page (B Powerful...). I contacted her and after talking with her about my goals, I knew she was the trainer I was looking for. The workouts (strength & cardio) are challenging but doable and the meal plans are easy to follow and delicious! 9. What did you like most about personal training and working with Bethany? She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, always positive and upbeat. She answers any questions I have and offers alternative options to training or meals. I like how the workouts are never the same each week, and how she got me thinking differently about running on a treadmill with the interval and cardio blast workouts she gives me. I like how she offers so many meal options and that the recipes have few ingredients and are super easy to make. I’ve started to enjoy planning meals each week and look forward to each of my workouts. Bethany is a fantastic trainer & meal planner, I feel that I am much closer to my goals and am reaching them much faster with Bethany’s guidance. 10. What are you long-term goals and how do you plan to achieve them? I hope to continue losing inches & weight and toning up, while getting stronger and building my endurance. I plan to keep up with my training and eating plans, which will hopefully turn into running a PR in April’s mini-marathon race!

As someone who has drastically changed their lifestyle to living healthy with regular intense workout regimen (crossfit, yoga, indoor rowing, etc.), wear and tear injuries are a common occurrence. That being said, having a readily available professional of Cherie's quality and caliber, that cares about her clients health, is willing and able to bounce questions off of (via text, over the phone or in the gym), knowledgable to provide critical preventative exercises, stretch routines and is able to accommodate a working professionals schedule, has been a huge benefit to my long term goal of sustaining a healthy, active lifestyle.

His knowledge is beyond any other trainer within many types of training including sport specific, martial arts, olympic weight lifting, and interval training. Josh is an excellent fitness coach! Since I travel significantly on business I was looking for someone who could coach not only while at home in Sarasota, but also while on the road. Josh has an excellent ability to frame exercise so that I can still obtain a solid workout even if the hotel fitness center isn't the best. Also, when in Sarasota, working out with Josh at the park is a nice option to joining the gym. Josh focuses on high-intensity training which I like -- additionally, Josh knows his nutrition so the ability to include exercise with healthy eating tips is always an interesting discussion. Finally, Josh makes me feel like I'm his only client -- he will send an SMS the day after a hard workout to see how I'm doing. And while traveling he will check-in to see if I have any questions regarding the recommended routine. I've really enjoyed working with Josh as his business professionalism is excellent and his friendly personality along with his enthusiasm regarding fitness is contagious. Thanks to Josh for getting me back into a healthy fitness routine!

I had the pleasure of hiring Diamond a fitness for my personal training over a period of 7 months. I was not in a very good shape when I started training with him. At age 61, I was worried that I would not be able to exercise through my joint aches and pains. Alex is both knowledgeable and personable. He started our workouts slowly, we built strength in key muscle groups and slowly increased in intensity. Alex challenged me at every workout, yet he remained insightful to my experience and adjusted the workout as needed. After every session, I felt better than when I started. Some days I did not think I could make it though and hour and I always left with energy and a sense of accomplishment. Alex carefully planned each workout, he kept me busy so that the hour passed quickly. My joint pain gradually improved as my muscles got stronger. A few months prior to hiring Diamond Fitness ( Alex), I was evaluated by a University based rheumatologist who wanted to start me on a complicated medication. Instead, I chose to try exercise, it worked. I am now stronger, more confident and sleep better. I highly recommend Diamond Fitness ( Alex), he has formal education to support his profession with degrees in exercise and nutrition. I am a 55 year old male. I've known Reggie Lewis for better then 15 years. Earlier in my life, I was heavily involved in the martial arts, and boxing. As a result, I sustained a few lasting injuries that flare up from time to time. Often times I've come to the gym, in pain or limping. Mr. Lewis, always knew how to work around my affliction(s), and made sure I got in an intense and impactful workout. Because I've had so many trainers and coaches, I have a pretty good eye when it comes to identifying character traits of a good trainer. Reggie Lewis, is a very good trainer. He has compassion and caring for his clients, but rest assured, he will encourage and challenge you to push yourself to achieve your goals. I’ve worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now I’ve incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training….well, I just don’t manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals…plus he’s a lot of fun!

This is my first time experience with personal training and I'm very happy I choose 4UFitness! From the moment I stepped in just to ask about the services I felt welcome. My personal trainer is Nina Tamez. Her and Daniel are young and dedicated to do maximum for you to succed in your goals! They had explained me how better to choose my diet and believe it or not I can eat much more then I ever think I coudl! :) And although I do, I lost 10 pounds and dropped about 3% body fat in 4 months...which may seems slow, however we all know the jo-jo effects of fast diet! To my training; I do group sessions twice a week with other two ladies and its always fun...little sweat and results. My trainer Nina has the best personality and is always there for u if u need just a little kick...;)... Did I mentioned the prices are also convinient comparing with other places? Would I reccomend this place? Absolutely! Looking forward to see u in there! Diana

If you are looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, responsive and really wants you to succeed with your fitness goals, hire Francesca as your personal trainer. It will not matter if you are a beginner or a professional athlete, Francesca will format a training program to meet you at your level of need. At age 61, my husband desired to prioritize fitness for the first time in his life. Francesca motivated him to success. Two years later he still trains with her four mornings per week. I began training in my early 50s because none of my previous weight reduction tricks were working. Feeling successful was important to me. She created a meal plan and varied weight-lifting routines that continue to keep me feeling successful, motivated and interested. I look forward to working out. While I know that my training sessions will be physically challenging, somehow her attention to my proper form, her encouragement and enlightening direction make the time with Francesca very worthwhile. Today I have realized a wonderful outcome of the training - for the first time in a long time, I was able to look great in a snug fitting dress that shows off my figure!
