Long story short, I just finished my first year with my fitness trainer and his meal plan (KHP Fitness). The results have been great and control over body fat - even better and all without extreme cardio! I HIGHLY recommend the training plan he offers as it is flexible, only requires 45 minutes of your day, and the gains are all accomplished with bands. Kelvin is easygoing , upbeat, open to answering questions, but firm / constantly pushing you for success. If you decide to sign up for personal training, prepare to get your butt kicked. Workouts are intense but effective. Price is affordable and you get more bang for your buck then you would at a standard gym. Lastly, if you have Covid concerns, he’s covered that as well. He has a platform to handle remote training.
