Judge Rob disappointed me immensely. After booking him and discussing my wedding, months later, I spoke to him confirming our affairs, he made other arrangements. He didn't call me to inform me of the cancellation. I had to. If I hadn't done so, my wedding would've been without an officiant. The level of dissatisfaction has surpass any other service I have ever been disapprove of. His communication was poor.

Rosy was our wedding officiant on 11.12.13 and I must say that everything was beyond perfect. I spoke over the phone with Sophia on two separate occasions several weeks before the event and confirmed with her that we wanted to use her services. She seemed extremely professional and pleasant. As my wedding day approached, she sent an email reconfirming the event. I did not see her emails and did not reply so she cancelled my booking. She had my phone number, that was the only way we had ever contacted each other but she did not bother reaching out to me on the phone like before. On my wedding day, I must have called her at least a dozen times and she never answered. This entire misunderstanding cost me $420 because I had to hire another wedding officiant. I can understand her frustration at not receiving an answer via email but I would have hoped she would have tried contacting me the way we had originally communicated and that was by the phone. I am only guessing she got a better gig and changed venues leaving me out to dry. She did not even bother to answer the phone on my wedding day to tell me that she was no longer planning on being our wedding officiant.

I am always very skeptical with looking for services online, but I honestly couldn't have chosen a better Catering Company for my wedding :D. From professionalism to great food quality, Paul, the chef, truly knows how to accommodate each request and make your experience a memorable one. Great costumer service! He works with your budget and advise of better options. Paul was always available and able to answer my questions; if he was not able to answer at the moment he would make sure he'd send me a message letting me know and that he'd call me back as soon as he could. My wedding was very challenging, we had rented a venue for an outside ceremony and reception but that day was raining, last minute everything had to be changed to indoors and Paul had absolutely everything under control. The feedback i received from my family was how well organized everything was and how much they like the food. We rented tables, chairs, linens, plates & silverware, food, and the cake through The Dancing Palate, and they took care of all details, set up and clean up. They even made sure both me and my husband ate first (most people can't even taste their own food at their weddings). I am really really grateful and happy with The Dancing Palate. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them 100%.

I was referred to the Dancing Palate via Thumbtack. The Dancing Palate was AMAZING. Their quality of service and cuisine is unmatched. The guest loved the food. We requested the vegetable crudité, the vegetable quesadillas and the pulled pork a-top of fried plantains as appetizers and the mediterranean chicken and skirt steak as entrees. Everything was delicious and presented in a very classy manner. My wedding turned out perfect. The Chef, Paul Lobeck went out of his way to please me and my husband. His staff was incredibly professional. Their were five members of his staff present. You barely knew they were there. They offered quality service with more than affordable prices. This is a company that you should definitely consider for any occasion. Six of my guest already requested chef Lobeck's business card!!! Before signing on with the company, they offer a tasting. You tell the chef the dishes you want to try and he comes to your house and let's you try each dish. There is no commitment. The company left a great impression on me. I will definitely use their services for other occasions!
