Chef Tamara was so easy to work with and her staff was so helpful and cheerful. Plus, the food was a big hit!! I was asked by several people who provided the food. Really, people raved and she even made both vegetarian and vegan options for my few friends in the group so they didn't feel left out. The desserts were put of this world and the fruit was all the best of the best and perfectly ripe! (Which is rare) Will definitely use again!
This is a wonderful catering company! No food is delicious. Not your typical catering food. Sandy and the chef work with you to develop the best menu for your event. They took care of everything during our wedding. I recommend them without any hesitation.
Dawn is so very professional and knowledgeable. I am giving my 2 kids the gift of cooking lessons with her for Christmas. She is prepared, conscientious, and thorough in explanation and goals. I know my kids are going to learn how to cook basics and work their way up to being chefs one day! I would recommend Dawn to anyone, either for a private chef, one time lesson or multiple lessons.

Pasta Chef catered my Son and Daughter in Laws wedding on the 25th of March. From planning in the beginning to the actual day they went above and beyond in all aspects. The food was delicious and the options and choices for extras if you chose to were endless. We had the pasta stations, coffee bar and bar tending services. Their decor was exceptional! Our guests honestly couldn't say enough wonderful things about them! They made the wedding a truly lovely day! Thanks Mike and Irene!
Garry is the best! Our office loves his breakfast and lunches. He makes the best cheesy potatoes and stuffed French toast,and so many other things! He us very prompt and efficient and even cleans everything up for you!
First I would like to say that we have used Chef Gordon twice before (Both In NYC). We only reached out to him on the off chance he would know someone we could use while staying in Miami. To our surprise he stated he spends most of his winter commuting from NYC to the Miami/Miami Beach Area. Needless to say we were delighted. As always he brought the full court press with him from NYC. It was a pleasure not having to explain what we liked and didn’t like. He was great, the food was spectacular. We wound up keeping him for the full time we were here. When he says Farm To Table he really means it. Fresh fish straight from the docks. virtually any other meat or vegetables were fresh from harvest. For us he’s a keeper. Will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, anywhere. The private cooking class was a Father's Day gift for my husband who let me say "can't cook". Chef Christophe was very responsive and listen to what type of experience I was looking to give my husband and Chef Christophe DELIVERED!!!!! He made my husband feel very comfortable and a very positive experience. My husband is now looking forward to possibly learning and cooking more. And the added plus is Chef Christophe help him to prepare and cook us a delicious meal. Thank you Chef Christophe! We look forward to our next cooking encounter with you.

We had a family reunion that we hired Fiesta Catering and they provides us with fresh, quality food and plentiful amounts where family were able to have seconds and take some home too. All the staff and Chef Luis we so accommodating and professional. We would definitely hire Fiesta Catering again for any future events.

Kaitlynd has been great to work with! After providing a menu the prior week from which we pick and choose our meals, she cooks and drops off a weeks worth of dinner meals each Monday. She is very attuned to our needs as a family, and has been careful about accounting for allergies and food preferences; she has been accommodating us with a Mediterranean diet.
