I was hesitant at first, since most personal trainers seem to be more drill sergeant than trainer, and I usually end up hurt. But I just moved to the area from NY, so figured I'd give it a go. I was really impressed that Rap took a lot of time to watch me walk, do squats and other movements to assess my posture and body alignment issues. He said I have too much curve in my back. That's true! And then he said something about tight hips...I knew he really had me pegged. I felt instantly more comfortable knowing he would design something that wouldn't end up with me in back spasms. Better than that, he really took time to watch every exercise I did and corrected me- he never left me alone to flounder, and was always positive and encouraging. I felt that his program was designed specifically for me and my body. Rap is a rare find!
Andrew Gibson is more than just a personal trainer. He is a kind and considerate young man who trains his clients according to their individual needs. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of all things health and fitness not to mention his many years of experience that allows him to train those that not only want to improve their selves but need to and don't be discouraged if you have an injury because he can be of assistance with that as well. I can not say enough about my experience with Andrew. I am a new person a better person thanks to Andrew Gibson.

Over the past 15 years, I've had six different personal trainers due to work relocation. Jason is #1 on this list. I've worked with him over the past year and have seen the most transformation compared to any year prior (and I'm in my 50s). I highly recommend Jason...just don't take my slot.
Easy to work with, working out with her is awesome. Not one of those trainers that forces you to do things you are uncomfortable with and very patient. Conversation was easy and honestly felt like I was working out with a friend who happens to be a trainer rather than a stranger.
Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.
Nick Snow is a great personal trainer. I had the experience of having Nick as a trainer in the gym and online from across the country. He is always encouraging and happy to celebrate your accomplishments with you. Nick is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. He has helped me to improve my dieting habits, and give me the tools to construct my own meal plans. Nick also has built me some awesome work outs, I can always feel it the following day. I would recommend Nick Snow as a personal trainer to anyone who wants to get in shape but needs the tools for better nutrition or some new workouts.

I've never used a personal trainer before but I've always heard that they kick your butt like a drill instructor: Josh was different then that, laid back and very motivational, he has a calmness about him and it makes you feel comfortable with new exercises and pushing yourself more and more. I lost a total of 17 pounds and lost 8% body fat in about 6 months, I've kept the weight off and understand what and how to eat to maintain my new body. I definitely recommend.

Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. Mario assesses your current level and gives the right workouts accordingly. He is also very encouraging and uplifting. He definitely gives a positive experience with personal training and helps you to improve without criticizing in any way. I definitely recommend him as a personal trainer, whether you are experienced or a beginner.

Help me progress through my workouts. I hit a plateau in my plan with Katie and Beach Body wellness help smash through that. I had meal plan and workout plan tailored made for me an my goals. An the trainer was super supportive and easily available for help and information. She available via e-mail or fb. It's been great help and recommend them to anyone try see some real results.
Dave Grobe is one of the nicest and down to earth trainers I have ever worked with. His knowledge of weight lifting and the mechanics of any given lift shows his dedication and passion for training. His explanations and coaching increased my abilities further than I ever expected for myself. He has a way about him and his teaching style that pushes you to your limit while feeling completely in control. He is big on form and explains how a lift should be done correctly. I’ve been training with Andrew for 3 years. I’ve had trainers before, but no one has helped me as much as he has. He had a lot of education, which is one of my favorite things about him. Everything he does is backed by science. He is always researching and trying to find new ways to help me. I’ve had pain in my joints for years, and he helps me manage the pain without medication. Andrew has also helped me lose weight and keep it off. He is very personable, and a great young man.
I've been training with Matt for a couple of months now. Before we even started he assessed what I was capable of doing, my limitations and work from there. One thing I love, is he doesn't just tell me what exercises to do, but explains why and shows me the proper technique so I'm getting the most out of it. Matt has not only help me with setting fitness goals but is also helping me with my nutrition and mobility for my bad back. I'm just a short amount of time I have more flexibility and strength! He has a true passion for what he does and I am blown away with his knowledge and his ability to motivate me. I feel he really wants to help me meet my goals. He's great and has a great facility. I am continuing to work with Jake going forward for my training needs, he's very involved and interested in his clients and provides help and tips outside of the gym which is really helpful. Everyone at Fitness Xperts is super supportive, even those trainers I haven't trained with. It's a great place for anyone and I can't say enough great things about Jake and Fitness Xperts!
