My family and I travelled to Orlando for a Christmas vacation. Chef Maurice came each day for a week and catered to a family of 13 which included 7 adults and 6 children, age 3 to 14. He was able to prepare meals to accommodate finicky children to hungry adults. He was able to meet the demands of our daily changing schedule. Not only was he flexible, he easily meshed with the personalities of our family. This could not have been easy since we were in and out of the kitchen. The food was terrific. Breakfast was made to order as everyone tumbled out of bed to the smell of coffee and the menu of the day. Although I was offered to create a menu with the chef, I chose to tell him our likes and dislikes. Everyday was a wonderful surprise. Everything from steak dinners, grilled meats to wraps. I personally loved the meatballs. Chef Maurice created desserts, including a special birthday cake for us. The spread of appetizers for New Years Eve was spectacular! This was my 1st experience having a personal chef. His expertise, professionalism and service were outstanding. Without a doubt, he enhanced our vacation with his gourmet food. I would highly recommend his company.

I am very happy with Chef Tony and the meals that he has made for us so far! I am on the SCD diet (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) and he went out of his way to research the types of foods that I can and cannot have. He made a delicious Honey Jalapeño BBQ chicken with asparagus. The asparagus was topped with a white wine and garlic sauce. It definitely helps to have him make a few dinners for us during the work week to save time. He first met with us at our home and then collected the information that he needed about the type of meals that we wanted. Then we set up a date to have the dinner delivered to our house. We will be using Tony again as a personal Chef for sure!

Debbie was terrific. My husband has celiacs and it was his birthday Pig roast, so we wanted to be sure he could enjoy it. There was great communication before the event about ingredients and he could eat most of the food (I couldn't resist the Mac and Cheese so he was out of luck there). Everything tasted fantastic. The potato salad is as great as everyone says and people were requesting Debbie's contact info. She was timely, professional, and the food was fantastic. Thanks again, Debbie!

From the very beginning of our planning, we decided that we wanted a morning wedding and a brunch reception. I love breakfast and definitely wanted my wedding to showcase my favorite foods. We looked at several caterers but never found anyone that really offered everything we were looking for until we discovered Sean and Party Elegance. I utilized the website Thumbtack to locate Sean and he was very responsive and helpful right off the bat. We looked over his website and liked the pictures and menu options. We contacted Sean by email and he was so friendly and professional. We setup an in-person meeting and considering the major significance of choosing a caterer for our wedding, Sean was knowledgeable and really put us at ease immediately. He put together a sample menu for us and everything sounded so amazing. Sean was also extremely flexible and willing to work with us on any changes we wanted. We had a tasting at Sean’s kitchen and it was delicious and so much food. Sean made enough food to feed a family and we even had some to take home. For the wedding, we asked for a beer and wine reception (with mimosas), and we specifically wanted to feature beer from our favorite local brewery Funky Buddha, which Sean was more than willing to provide. For our cocktail hour, Sean provided a meat and cheese platter, fruit, and passed hors d'oeuvres, including roasted mushroom flatbread and crazy amazing mini bacon donuts, which were a crowd favorite. For the reception, we had a really great watermelon and tomato salad, assorted baked goods and smoked salmon, potatoes, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. We also had the best baked banana French toast as well as waffle and omelet stations. Sean is the best, and all of his staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful on the day. Overall, the party was a huge success and we would definitely recommend Sean and Party Elegance as a premier catering company.

On short notice, Gatherings was able to prepare a luncheon experience for almost 100 Mexican students and teachers who visited the American Space Museum for a day of touring and activities. The tour group had a budget of $12 per student for food and Janey Hicks of Gatherings worked with us and the tour leader to come up with a delicious "all-American" menu for the event! While other caterers we contacted offered sandwiches and potato chips, Gatherings arrived with herb-roasted chicken, homemade macaroni & cheese, a beautiful tossed salad with three different homemade dressings, dinner rolls and a homemade cookie or brownie for dessert. The kids and adults alike loved it and snuck back for seconds. We loved it because Janey and her staff were on-time, set everything up, delivered delicious hot food, tore down afterwards and left that part of the museum exactly as they found it. They interacted well with the students (despite a language barrier!) and grown-ups, as well as with the museum staff. We will be using them again for many if not ALL of our catering needs!

Made with love catered my daughters wedding. Julie did a wonderful job and was within my budget. Working with her was very easy since I don't live in Orlando. She also went out of her way to accommodate my new son in law with his peanut and shellfish allergies. Every one loved the appetizer's. Stuffed peppers, bruschetta and fruit & cheese skewers.
