Dawn provided her event planning services for our wedding in 2015 on Clearwater Beach. She made our entire event run flawlessly without a glitch! Doug and I were very impressed with the attention to detail that Audra showed. Our Wedding Reception was by far one of the most beautiful experiences we've had. She coordinated the entire evening with the caterer and band. She turned an ordinary looking room into a jaw dropping site! Everyone raved on what a great job Audra did with decorating and planning our entire reception. There is no way we could have done this without her. We would highly recommend Audra to anyone planning a wedding or event. She is very high energy and worked long hours to give us the look we wanted for our reception. Lisa was an absolute god send. I hired her at the last minute to do day of coordination for my wedding. She was amazingly patient with me and allowed me to ask any questions I had. She came in and did all of the decorations above and beyond what I even imagined. She also stayed late and helped to clean up and dropped everything off with my family as I had to leave for my honeymoon early the next morning. If you’re even wondering about whether or not to hire Lisa, just do it. She’s amazing and will make your wedding everything you hoped and dreamed for. Thank you so much for everything Lisa!!

I called to follow up with the quote I received on thumbtack. They confirmed the price that was quoted to me and stayed true to it. Wes handled everything promptly and sent me the confirmation as we were still on the phone for the day of service (our wedding). I hired Ikonic Event Planning to plan my entire wedding. I could not have been more pleased with my decision! I told Sarah that I wanted my wedding to have a "police theme" (my husband is a patrol officer); she listened very carefully to my ideas and vision of what I wanted my Wedding to be, and then brought the whole thing to full and complete fruition! I wanted an elegant yet fun event, and that is precisely what I got. The venue I chose was outdoors (basically a "field" by the water), and Sarah used her creativity and artistic talent to turn the space into everything I envisioned, and more. Sarah thought of every minute detail, and the police theme was tastefully incorporated throughout. She hand-made many of the decorations. She kept me sane lol. All the other vendors enjoyed working with her; they actually made comments to me about how fantastic she is with her professionalism and attention to timing and detail. (I picked the vendors, but Sarah did the leg work by researching several options for me to choose from.) As it turned out, the music, cake, food, and ambiance blended so perfectly, that many of my guests commented that my wedding was the "best they've ever been to." And major bonus - I was working with a modest budget, and we even came in UNDER budget! Brides, look no further, you will be in great hands with Ikonic!

Stacey was such a great help planning my wedding. From picking out a florist, dj, caterers, to which hotel to have our guests stay at, she was so helpful. Nicole is the best. There’s a lot of work that goes into planning a wedding. Too much. You may get stressed and worried that your special day won’t be all that you imagined. Having Nicole as our wedding planner/ day of coordinator put our minds at ease and we were able to truly enjoy our day and the whole process. She’s kind, organized, and you can really tell that weddings and all things “love” are her thing. There were some things that I’d do differently looking back on our wedding, but hiring Nicole is definitely not one of them.

    LeeAnne was an amazing officiant for our wedding and made our special day even more special. She helped us prepare and made sure we were ready in every aspect of the ceremony. We had so many people come up to us during the reception and tell us how great the ceremony was and how great LeeAnne was. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
    • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
    • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more.
