Mr. Yates is an exceptional personal trainer and coach. I have had several personal trainers and I can say Mr. Yates is one of the best. He is professional, accommodating, personable and most of all makes a workout plan that fits you. He listens and writes down your information that helps him to ramp up workouts or slow down and modify. He especially listens to any special pains or injuries your body has so as to make modifications to your plan. Even though my husband and I work out hard, he still makes it very challenging and rewarding. Thanks mr. Yates you’re the best!

Kristen is incredible! I have worked with her off and on for nearly two years. When we first met, I was barely able to walk and had been told by my doctor to prepare to be in a wheelchair. At 49, I was not ready to hear that. With her help, I am now 70 pounds down, lifting weights, and finally beginning to enjoy life again. She is kind and gentle but she also knows how to get you motivated to try AGAIN and AGAIN even when life has its inevitable setbacks. She is a TREASURE!
I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life, constantly losing and then gaining back the same 40 pounds! I have tried every diet imaginable and also worked out constantly with every DVD that sounded good, along with joining various gyms and purchasing personal at home exercise equipment. It has been exhausting; so when my son told me about going to a personal trainer I thought why not....never tried that! As soon as I met Mason I felt confident he was very knowledgeable and his facility is top notch and he was mostly concerned with getting results and building from where I was at. I had never weight trained before because I was always afraid of doing it wrong and hurting myself. Mason is teaching me correct form and pushing me just enough to get results but also using real time heart monitoring. I love the personal attention and direction from a professional and the best part is Mason truly cares about my success and health. I just wish I had discovered him earlier but it's NEVER too late to improve on your health!
I've been working out with Josh for 2 months already I can see a change in my body and my stamina. He also helps me with meal planning and keeps track of my progress. he is an excellent trainer I always look forward to going to the gym.
Victor Gagliardi is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. He healed my 9 year painful chronic hip issue, after arthroscopic surgery, acupuncture, massage, icing, resting, and all other doctors and trainers could not. I'm able to run again (and no pain!!) after 10 years of having given it up. I worked out with Vic for many years once a week and he always kept our workouts fun, varied, and inspiring. I'd still be working out with him now if we lived in the same state! He is highly knowledgeable, and listens to your goals, and helps you achieve them. Kristi is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her! She truly cares about each of her clients and will go above and beyond to be there for you. She is very knowledgeable in her training and understands that getting fit is a journey all in itself, and she is there for you every step of the way! I know I would not personally be where I am in my own personal journey today without her guidance and her ability to push and coach me through any struggles I may have come across along the way. When you have someone who truly cares about you as a person, not just as a client, and you know you have someone there who is supportive of you and understands, you can reach any goal you want and Kristi is that person!

Michelle has worked with me at least 8 times with specific flexability and strengthening exercises for improving my martial arts kicking abilities. She is the only trainer who truly knows how to help you accomplish your specific goals and is willing to go out of her way to learn or do extra research on the issue.. she can also motivate you as well as anyone!
