Awesome and amazing Zumba instructor. Lively and really knows how to get everyone involved.
She is professional, highly knowledgeable... in many different types of Yoga... and has a spirituality and sensitivity to the client that creates an immediate Trust and bond. These are essential qualities in a yoga instructor.
Sage was a great yoga instructor! We hired her to teacha class for my bachelorette party. Very personable and friendly. Thank you, Sage!
I enjoyed this restorative yoga class after my surgery . My recuperation was greatly enhanced with this experience. Even after I was fully recovered, I continued to attend as I valued the instructor as well as the other women on this journey. I did feel guilty though that I was taking up a spot (the class could sometimes be crowded!) another patient needed more than myself, as I was back to my full physical capabilities & ready for a bit more challenger.
I would highly recommend Julie for your yoga instruction! She was extremely responsive in planning & very flexible in timing of the class. She came to our property and conducted a wonderful yoga class, which our group loved. She catered the class to the skill level of our group - which varied. I will definitely be reaching back out when we come back to the Miami area, she was great!
Very nice person and knowledgeable about yoga. Very accommodating.
I didn't know what to expect but Ksenia just completely blew me away! I moved here from New York where I was going (what I thought) to the best of the best, instructors from India, or their students who work with the movie stars and so on. I was a bit skeptical trying an instructor here. In the first class with Ksenia I learned more about yoga and my self than through years with other instructors. I actually could go into a pose or asana that I was told previously I would never achieve because of my physiology. I feel beyond fantastic after the class, so relaxed and yet empowered! She is great, the way she shows things is really motivating I felt like I was dancing through the practice, her flow is very interesting. Craving for more!
I can attest to the fact that yoga and mindfulness practice is a passion for Ann. She is not only eager to learn and to share but she lives loving kindness in her life as a mother and a teacher. She has lead large groups of teachers and administrators in mindfulness and given weekly yoga classes at our school. She is able to reach all levels of yogis and her gentle accepting approach makes her classes accessible and welcoming for all.
I love Atmajeet Kaur's yoga teaching style. She is so joyful and effortless, and this comes across in her classes for an experience that lifts me so high. I feel energized and balanced after her class.
Kevin gives a beautiful yin yoga class. His instruction is clear and he provides a safe and nurturing space for practice. This class is awesome for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners who are interested in deepening and opening their practice. Thanks Kevin!
Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
Elisa came to our house in Miami Beach to do a private yoga session. She was an awesome instructor who really tailored the session to our needs. She was great at helping us with adjustments to help us learn the right poses. She’s coming back on Wednesday for another session!!
Ashely, my Husband and I truly miss your Vinyasa Chill on Monday evening. It was the perfect ending for Mondays... a well-balanced dose of sweating, stretching, massage and your beautiful energy. Yoga at its best!!
I started working with Brittany a couple months back. Britney is very professional and upbeat. I have noticed a change in my flexibility and the pain I have in my back is nearly gone. I would recommend anyone to Brittany who is looking for a personalized yoga experience.

I am a motivating yoga instructor influenced by my teachers, students, peers and my travels. I aim to bring a sense of balance between one's mind and body in each of my classes. I teach with compassion, intention, direction, and energy. My classes are challenging in a way that allows each student to explore a deeper connection with themselves through intention, pranayama, and asana. I have multiple certifications, can teach a variety of styles of classes, and have the ability to teach to anyone and everyone.
About Bertha Diaz: Bertha provides precision yoga instruction influenced by her ability to integrate yoga expertise with an aesthetic sense developed during her career in the fine arts. She brings creativity and playfulness to her classes, and incorporates the specific needs, limitations and strengths of each student. Her classes focus on flow and exact alignment that allows beginning students to attain correct postures and more advanced students to explore their potential. She began practicing yoga while working as an art curator in London, and became a Bikram certified instructor in 2005, followed by becoming certified to teach children with BUGS. After teaching Bikram yoga for a year, she moved to the U.S., and began to explore other types of yoga, including the Barkan method for which she completed the level II training. Keeping elements from each of these, Bertha started her own studio, Firefly Hot Yoga in 2008, offering to share with others her experience and her own unique view of the body. Bertha believes in constant learning and participates in workshops from a variety of important teachers, including Jason Lawner, who uses the Anusara technique. She was inspired by the teaching method of Ken von Roenn to become certified in his distinctive Skanda technique. In 2010, she trained with Chris Simons in the suspension core flow method to offer her students the advantages of aerial techniques for developing strength. Teaching people how to feel good has been the greatest gift in my life. - Bertha Diaz
