"Working out with Deshon has been incredible!! I have been out of the gym for a few years and nervous to start again but Deshon made the transition not only easy, but also comfortable and fun. He is very personable and loves to joke around, making the workouts enjoyable and something to look forward to. Deshon is passionate about health and working out. He wants to see you become the best version of yourself possible and will push you to be just that. He has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable about fitness. He explains why you are doing certain workouts, what muscle groups you are engaging, etc. He will help you come up with a meal plan and, if you want, he will even go to the grocery story with you (he saved me money!!). Deshon is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. He is extremely reliable, attentive, and punctual, you can always count on him to be on time and ready for a workout, no matter what time of day! In the few weeks that I've been training with Deshon, I've already noticed results in my physical appearance as well as my mentality and attitude! Working out with him has been a pleasure and something I look forward to everyday. I would (and have) recommended Deshon to all of my family and friends, he is truly incredible!!"

"Jake is, without a doubt, the best personal trainer I've ever had. He pushes me farther than I thought I could go, but he is very attentive to make sure I don't hurt myself. He's always very cautious with the injuries I have and has even designed workouts to actually improve and help correct my existing injuries. Jake is always ready to answer my questions, and not just how to do a workout but he also shares his knowledge of how the human body works and how each part of training affects the body and helps (i.e. the workout, the eating, the resting, the breaks between sets, the amount of weight increase, my form, etc.) I have definitely made very significant progress towards my goals in my months working with Jake and am very excited to see how much further I can improve. 10/10 would recommend."

"One of the major reasons that caused me to join YouFit was cleanliness. The gym is cleaned frequently, a necessity for me. I had a double lung transplant on December 4, 2012. This means that I have my immune suppressed to the point of non-existence. I can catch almost any infection and it can kill me; I have no defense. I am also on a medley of drugs that I am required to take every day and will do so for the rest of my life. One of the requirements imposed on me by may medical professionals is that I join and attend a gym; if I do not do this, the side effects of some of my drugs will cause my bones to weaken and I will no longer be able to walk. I need a gym and it must be clean. I had attended YouFit for several years, but I had no real training or knowledge about how to properly use a gym and its equipment. I had made progress in fitness, but not as much as I had hoped. I was very run down when I first joined in February of 2013 and needed to get better. In September 2017 I was introduced to the personal trainer program and offered a chance to try it. I have been participating in it since then. It has made a huge difference in my physical ability and in my frame of mind. My trainer is Shane Hunt. He is polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. At first he was somewhat cautious with me since I have medical problems, but I assured him that I would not break and he has since become a major asset in my health improvement. I am finding that bettering my strength and endurance also improves my resistance to infections. My overall health has improved markedly and my mental outlook has kept pace with it. Overall, I only wish I had started this program sooner. I intend to continue it."

"Can't say enough about how incredible Diane is! My training program is different than most because of different injuries and different goals. I move slow but she has stayed with me! She works me hard and we've been working to rebuild strength for those muscles that were lacking due to injury. My flexibility has increased majorly. She covers all health and fitness fields during my workout and I couldn't ask for a better coach!"

"In a 7 month period, Jeff helped me reduce my weight by 70 lbs, my clothes size went from 3XL to a L (shirts) and a 44 to a 34-36, and my overall medical issues of high blood pressure and Acid Reflux were completely cured. Jeff was an amazing trainer that helped me get my life back on track by helping me with nutritional experience, and understanding the importance of compound muscle training along with proper cardio to maximize my time in the gym. Starting with some major issues like knee problems, Jeff knew exactly what movements I could do to help strengthen the muscles around them that helped me get to the point where I was no longer having any knee problems. Jeff helped me with my transformation that the next time I had seen my in-laws, they did not think it was me. Jeff is a true inspiration to those seeking a major life change into getting healthy. If it were not for Jeff, I don't think I would have ever been successful since I had tried doing this before on my own several times."

"I've been working with Ben as my trainer for about four months now. When we began I weighed 250# and I now weigh 230#. I've lost 2 inches off my waist, added 3 inches to my shoulders, 3.25 inches to my chest, 1.25 inches to my calves, 1 inch to my thighs and my balance is better than ever as is my coordination. I've also been learning to eat smarter and in the process, my cholesterol is better, my pre-diabetes is gone and my blood pressure is normal (no pills). It's pretty amazing really. I'm 58, I feel better than I have in many, many years and I credit Ben for driving me hard and holding me accountable. I wouldn't have done this without him pushing. He's a really good trainer and an all around good human being so if you are looking to make a change as we approach the New Year, I'd say Ben's your guy. You WILL see results so long as you are committed to the process. He can't do it for you, you have to work really hard too, it's a true partnership."
