Latest Review: I'm currently doing training with Deshon and he's the best! Always positive and very knowledgeable. He knows every muscle and how to isolate each to work them out in the best way possible. He mixes up his workouts too, great trainer!

Latest Review: Jake is, without a doubt, the best personal trainer I've ever had. He pushes me farther than I thought I could go, but he is very attentive to make sure I don't hurt myself. He's always very cautious with the injuries I have and has even designed workouts to actually improve and help correct my existing injuries. Jake is always ready to answer my questions, and not just how to do a workout but he also shares his knowledge of how the human body works and how each part of training affects the body and helps (i.e. the workout, the eating, the resting, the breaks between sets, the amount of weight increase, my form, etc.) I have definitely made very significant progress towards my goals in my months working with Jake and am very excited to see how much further I can improve. 10/10 would recommend.

Latest Review: One of the major reasons that caused me to join YouFit was cleanliness. The gym is cleaned frequently, a necessity for me. I had a double lung transplant on December 4, 2012. This means that I have my immune suppressed to the point of non-existence. I can catch almost any infection and it can kill me; I have no defense. I am also on a medley of drugs that I am required to take every day and will do so for the rest of my life. One of the requirements imposed on me by may medical professionals is that I join and attend a gym; if I do not do this, the side effects of some of my drugs will cause my bones to weaken and I will no longer be able to walk. I need a gym and it must be clean. I had attended YouFit for several years, but I had no real training or knowledge about how to properly use a gym and its equipment. I had made progress in fitness, but not as much as I had hoped. I was very run down when I first joined in February of 2013 and needed to get better. In September 2017 I was introduced to the personal trainer program and offered a chance to try it. I have been participating in it since then. It has made a huge difference in my physical ability and in my frame of mind. My trainer is Shane Hunt. He is polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. At first he was somewhat cautious with me since I have medical problems, but I assured him that I would not break and he has since become a major asset in my health improvement. I am finding that bettering my strength and endurance also improves my resistance to infections. My overall health has improved markedly and my mental outlook has kept pace with it. Overall, I only wish I had started this program sooner. I intend to continue it.

Latest Review: Keith Hansen is a true professional. I have very little experience with weight training and I am 65 yrs old. Keith has really excelled in challenging me physically and yet keep me from hurting myself and too sore to meet our next appointment. It is rare to find someone who is so fit and well informed who can look at your short comings and make you feel so good about learning something as challenging as core training. I hope you all are as lucky to find a great teacher who is concerned to make a my journey to continued mobility so successful.

Latest Review: I have have been a member for the past seven months and I have never gotten bored with the challenges Coach Tim throw out at me. I am here for the "health" of it....weight bearing exercise for fighting osteoporosis, love the cardio and have experienced a faster recovery time, even toning muscles. Thank you CoachTim.

Latest Review: I have my choice of about 5 gyms that are within walking distance or a quick bike ride from my house. I make the choice to get in my car and drive three miles to workout with Bill. If you know me that statement alone is quite the testimonial. Bill is an excellent trainer. His workouts are unique and vary every time I come in, no two training sessions are the same. I love that Bill pushes me without risking an injury. The Frequency XP Group classes keep me engaged and motivated. I love that the people I am working out with are there to get in a good workout, have some fun and push each other. Bill is very in tune with an individual's physical abilities and can modify a workout so that you get the very best workout possible. Combine all of this with Bill's vast knowledge of nutrition and diet and it is impossible not to see results!

Latest Review: I've been working with Ben as my trainer for about four months now. When we began I weighed 250# and I now weigh 230#. I've lost 2 inches off my waist, added 3 inches to my shoulders, 3.25 inches to my chest, 1.25 inches to my calves, 1 inch to my thighs and my balance is better than ever as is my coordination. I've also been learning to eat smarter and in the process, my cholesterol is better, my pre-diabetes is gone and my blood pressure is normal (no pills). It's pretty amazing really. I'm 58, I feel better than I have in many, many years and I credit Ben for driving me hard and holding me accountable. I wouldn't have done this without him pushing. He's a really good trainer and an all around good human being so if you are looking to make a change as we approach the New Year, I'd say Ben's your guy. You WILL see results so long as you are committed to the process. He can't do it for you, you have to work really hard too, it's a true partnership.
