This experince was truly amazing! I had Heidi come do massages for moms at a Dance Studio I manage character events out of. Heidi was punctual, professional and truly makes you feel comfortable. I look foward to working with her again and be coming a client. I suffer from nerve and neurological disorders, and this massage has been the first thing to help along with ballet in 4 years despite endless years of physical therapy etc.

Nicole led a Yoga 101 class. She did a wonderful job introducing absolute beginners to the practice of yoga. She is patient and observant of the students and helps them with modifications as necessary. There were people in the class from college-age to retirees. I have since taken other classes with Nicole because of the good experience I had in her beginner's class.
