Our Cookery Demo with Vivian was an outstanding success and much enjoyed by all of us. Vivian was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. I have enjoyed cooking for many years but picked up so many new tips in the 3 hours we had together. Our finished dinner menu was delicious and we all sat down together and ate which was a lovely way to finish our time together with Vivian. Would highly recommend her services and we will be booking another day during the Christmas Holidays.
My guests raved about her food, and had to "meet the chef"! Ann took all the pressure off me, and prepared an incredible spread of adult and child pleasing intricate appetizers and a variety of main dishes for an unknown number of guests for an open-house graduation party. Even my picky-eater daughter was impressed! I was able to trust her with my house lock codes, and she had the entire party set up, ready and waiting, when we arrived home from the graduation ceremony. It was so beautiful! She did all the set up, kept everything refilled, and the clean up. I've never had the wonderful experience of using a caterer before, and she went above and beyond my expectations. She made my daughter's special day even more so, because I could relax and enjoy my guests instead of stressing over cooking and serving. Plus, I am really enjoying all the leftovers... yum!!! I highly recommend her, and can't wait to throw another party and need her service again!
Reginald Beck was the facilitator of a cooking class at the Puyallup state fair in summer 2012. His presentation was easy to follow. His oration was clear and concise. Kaitlynd has been great to work with! After providing a menu the prior week from which we pick and choose our meals, she cooks and drops off a weeks worth of dinner meals each Monday. She is very attuned to our needs as a family, and has been careful about accounting for allergies and food preferences; she has been accommodating us with a Mediterranean diet.
