Ginean is exactly what we were looking for. We are both beginners when it comes to yoga and Ginean has provided us with a great deal of support, guidance and encouragement. She had to reschedule a few classes and she met us when It was convenient for us. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a yoga class, whether beginners or have been doing yoga for a while. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.
We had a wonderful and very instructive yoga class with Beth! I recommend her for any group classes, and we will work with her again in the future.
Emma is an awesome instructor. I am new to Yoga and meditation and she made me feel comfortable. She has a pleasant personality and a great soothing instructional manner. I highly recommend her services. But don't take time away from me. Lol Very pleasant experience. A true professional.

Flexibility has always been my main focus in yoga and michelle understood that and even studied up on more yin yoga for me to work on. She's definitely dedicated to her clients.
Nancy is the consummate yoga professional. I have been taking her beginner yoga classes and can always rely on her to suggest alternatives to avoid injury. Her explanations of how the various poses benefit your body are excellent. She is holistically knowledgeable. Her studio is immaculate, serene and very well equipped.
Clear simple gentle and FUN, those are some words that immediately come to mind when describing one of Didis yoga classes. There is definitely something very special about Didi; you know it when you walk in the door. Maybe its the calm, soothing voice she uses to nurture every student into a pose? Maybe its her all inclusive and relaxed personality which allows for an energetic opening of the heart and leaves you melting into your mat at the end of your yoga experience? Or maybe it is just that sitting down with Didi inspires you to be a better human being? Regardless, Didi is one of those true yogis who teaches yoga by example. She has learned through her journey how to open her heart and that is the real work she selflessly sets out to teach others. Namaste Sujan Kaur (AKA Sandra Gereda)
I have been doing yoga on and off Rossy's classes for over two years. I like her methodology and inspiring confidence. At my age, I feel comfortable following to examples as she conducts session. She is a motivator; an inspiring Teacher of Yoga way for anyone of any age!

Nicole led a Yoga 101 class. She did a wonderful job introducing absolute beginners to the practice of yoga. She is patient and observant of the students and helps them with modifications as necessary. There were people in the class from college-age to retirees. I have since taken other classes with Nicole because of the good experience I had in her beginner's class.
Agnes teaches a Yoga class for us and her students rave about her!
In her yoga class she gave great guidance and was very gentle with the yoga positions. She gave tips on other ways to do a position as well, which was very helpful for me as I have a past injury and am pretty new to yoga. In her sound healing mediation class she brought an air of child like energy and an at ease feeling to just be. She brought us to a beautiful place in our minds and then played multiple sound bowls which sweep you off to total heavenly relaxation. With each class there was some movement and meditative aspects, so you are getting more than just a yoga class or just a mediation class. For me, they feel like great practices to have hand in hand. Since I have been working with Gabriela on yoga and meditation, I have deepened my personal meditation practice, and have had improvement in the areas I experience daily pain, I am able to do more with less pain spikes. I feel like I have gotten way more out of her classes than I ever dreamed, it has opened me up to feeling better in daily life in multiple ways.
Laura is an outstanding yoga teacher. She is very knowledgeable, does a great job of gentle alignment and finishes with a wonderful mini head massage and the use of essential oils. She tailors the class to her students' level of experience, from beginning to more advanced practitioners.
Very good with understanding each student's needs and customizing the class to each person. I always feel better after leaving her classes.

I provide breezy yoga everyday for work and play. This is my background. I am an exercise physiologist, insured and registered yoga teacher, corrective exercise specialist, fitness specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, prenatal exercise specialist, and certified chair yoga teacher. I hold a Master of Science degree in exercise science and rehabilitation. I am currently a yoga instructor, exercise physiologist, health and wellness specialist, and patient educator in various locations around the Tampa Bay area. This is my style and philosophy. I teach multiple styles of yoga and popular group exercise classes at studios, corporate fitness centers, and hospitals. Infusing various elements of body movement, I help create a multisensory experience, which includes traditional yoga practice, kinesiology, exercise physiology, yoga Thai adjustments, sound therapy, guided meditation, nondrug-related pain management, and deep breathing techniques. I have a true passion for living the life of health and wellness both on and off the mat, and I use these experiences to fuse yoga and body awareness in every class. These are my passions: I truly believe yoga is a form of therapy for the body, mind and spirit. I also volunteer as a yoga therapist throughout the community in both studio and clinical settings, because I am an advocate of community service and local community involvement. I bring yoga to students and special populations, which include military veterans and caregivers, Huntington's, Parkinson's, ALS, and multiple sclerosis patients and caregivers, county health and wellness programs, women's jail programs, Ophelia young women's project, school wide children's fitness programs, and adults with developmental disabilities.

My work is unique because it has come directly out of healing my own back pain and scoliosis. I see the yoga poses as a way to break them down to fit the needs of my clients and students to help their bodies create more balance. My work is a unique mix of alignment based yoga, functional moment and dynamic neuromuscular work. Sculpting and reshaping bodies is my art.
