He is very knowledgeable about how to stay safe while exercising and he is very good at explaining it in a way that is easy to understand and apply when I am working out on my own. I like that it is not just running and weight lifting with him and that he incorporates TRX, yoga, and body weight exercises. Thank you!

Preston is a very talented instructor. We have been taking yoga with him for years and he also did a private stretching consultation for my 85 y.o. mother. This was my first experience with getting a massage. Heidi was a great listener and responsive to any areas that needed to be addressed. She was knowledgeable and clearly communicated throughout the massage. She helped me to understand a great deal about why I was experiencing certain problems. It was relaxing and very therapeutic. Clear – simple – gentle… and FUN, those are some words that immediately come to mind when describing one of Didi’s yoga classes. There is definitely something very special about Didi; you know it when you walk in the door. Maybe it’s the calm, soothing voice she uses to nurture every student into a pose? Maybe it’s her all inclusive and relaxed personality which allows for an energetic opening of the heart and leaves you melting into your mat at the end of your yoga experience? Or maybe it is just that sitting down with Didi inspires you to be a better human being? Regardless, Didi is one of those true yogis who teaches yoga by example. Laryssa is the best yoga instructor I've ever worked with. She is so positive and brings healing and encouraging energy to every session. I like the fact that she teaches all levels and can modify any position for people like me who are beginners. I prefer taking her restorative or slow flow classes because they help melt the stress right off me :) ♥ She is also a wonderful friend who genuinely cares about all of her clients and their well being.

    In her yoga class she gave great guidance and was very gentle with the yoga positions. She gave tips on other ways to do a position as well, which was very helpful for me as I have a past injury and am pretty new to yoga. In her sound healing mediation class she brought an air of child like energy and an at ease feeling to just be. She brought us to a beautiful place in our minds and then played multiple sound bowls which sweep you off to total heavenly relaxation. With each class there was some movement and meditative aspects, so you are getting more than just a yoga class or just a mediation class. For me, they feel like great practices to have hand in hand. Since I have been working with Gabriela on yoga and meditation, I have deepened my personal meditation practice, and have had improvement in the areas I experience daily pain, I am able to do more with less pain spikes. I feel like I have gotten way more out of her classes than I ever dreamed, it has opened me up to feeling better in daily life in multiple ways.
