Definitely worth it. I have noticed huge differences with my body since I began their program. And their facility is huge for a personal training studio. They offer different prices depending on what you want to do. All their fitness trainers are experienced, certified and even have degrees in this field. You don't see that level of experience often. If you want the best fitness training at an affordable rate, definitely give them a call!!!
Apart from being very fun, sweet and upbeat Anna is showing me a whole new approach to fitness the one that most trainers and athletes will keep a secret. It seems that most trainers never want to show there clients what they actually do, instead take a slow and ordinary exercises to keep clients longer and without dramatic changes. I could tell Anna apart from those trainers right away! I have had prior trainers and never achieved what I wanted nor was ever excited to exercise. With Anna it will be a fun as well as amazing journey to finally reach my goals. Very well equipped, clean and private studio is a wonderful safe naighborhood and very easy to find. I had a great experience! Corey was the 3rd person to contact me on thumbtack with a "personal" message. I went with him because he replied quick to my questions and followed up with me to see how I was doing.. Nothing salesy or forced, it felt genuine. Once I explained to Corey my goals and what I was looking for in a trainer, Corey was able to connect me with a personal trainer by the name of Troy (who works for/with him). I am on my 3rd session w/Troy and he's everything I've been looking for in a trainer. He's professional, understanding, flexible, straight to the point, stern with a sense of humor.. Oh yeah, and easy on the eyes. Troy has over 8 years of experience and is a boxer so from time to time, he'll incorporate boxing in my workout and I'm excited about that. The $35 fee noted is for a 30 min session but I recommend going with an hour session so you can get a full body workout with a personal trainer that can tell you what you're doing right vs. what you're doing wrong. I booked for 12 sessions which will cover me for a month @ 3 sessions/week. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a personal trainer whether it be short term or long term. Bottom line, you'll definitely get your money's worth in each session. I am very pleased.
My experience with Jeff has been really great. I had my first and second session today. It was very intense.! Gave me a nutrition plan so I can build the muscle I am looking for. I have been to other trainers before and he completely changed the program I was using to his custom program. We targeted every muscle group today in two sessions. I decided to do four days a week because of the goals I am trying to reach. Jeff really focuses on form. I have very little body fat to lose to get where I need to be but want to add additional muscle. His facility is set up just like a small gym. All professional equipment and extremely clean. Not only did he clean and sanitized the equipment before I worked out but he cleaned and sanitized everything after I worked out. Jeff never rushes you in your work out. He is like no other trainer. Jeff spends the time with you so at one point when you’re ready you can do it yourself without the use of the trainer. Had the pleasure of meeting someone else that was training after me. He had been with Jeff for nearly 11 years. His words were “ I was a basket case when he got there the first time.” He went into detail how he transformed his body into what he looks like today. It was amazing how well defined and muscular this man was. After a few sessions on the first day I realized that I made the right choice in picking Jeff for my professional personal fitness trainer. He really is a pro. If you’re looking for a great trainer then Jeff is the guy for you. PS. I may update this in the future on my progress
I started working out with Julian on June 2016, and it's been a life-changing journey for me toward my health and fitness goals. I have a very demanding and stressful job, working a lot of long hours almost daily. Julian knows fitness, nutrition, and healthy living like no one else. He gets to know your lifestyle, stress points, and fitness and health issues, and customizes and designs workout sessions aimed to move you from one milestone goal to the next one. While I've always shied away and was intimidated by gyms, fitness equipment, and trainers before, Julian eased me through all of that by working with my schedule and encouraging and supporting me through those fears and doubts - he breaks down every intimidating exercise, movement, and equipment until I can use them at my own pace. Then he changes it up so it's more challenging! :) I continue to work with Julian. Having him as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions I've ever made for my wellness and health!
Craig Marks is the first fitness trainer I've ever been to who is always on time and always prepared for everyone's sessions. He takes pride in his fitness studio which is obvious from the second you step foot inside the door and he takes pride in his work ethic. He's always friendly and always ready to push you beyond your limits in a safe manner.
Bentley has tremendous knowledge of personal training. He takes care of his clients to be sure that they are physically ready for all progression in their training. He's kind, humorous, and professional. He makes working out great fun! I have worked with many personal trainers and, by far, Bentley has been the most fun and the most productive. Last, but definitely not least, his pricing is exceptionally fair!
I am a spinal cord injured patient with very high level injury which is challenging even for physiotherapists. I mostly wanted to stand and try some steps with calibers, improving my stamina, blood flow, core muscles, etc. Frantz is amazing! He is always professional, right on time and pays attention to everything to help you out individually! I could not even tell that I was his first spinal cord injured patient since he adapted so easily, he learned everything about my condition and he helped me optimize my training schedule, paying attention to the smallest details to correlate for example my diet, to figure out which muscles would be mostly helpful to exercise, etc. He pushes my limits to improve my stamina and targets improvement. I had many physiotherapists and personal trainers before but in fact Frantz targeted the right problems and I have seen improvements of my stamina and muscle strength, I can push easier with my wheelchair and my health status and fitness is excellent even though I just moved to Boston in September and normally it takes me many months of training to return to the baseline. I have not only reached my baseline but with Frantz I see real improvements and I feel comfortable and safe in his hands. Imagine that with my condition (incomplete tetraplegia) you need to be able to completely trust your trainer and he needs to know what he is doing to help you, otherwise a mistake could take you back and harm your health severely and sometimes irreversibly. After working with Frantz I am convinced that he is the best person I could find in a very affordable price to accomplish the best possible result so I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!! If he could handle so well my condition I believe he would be amazing for everyone!

I hired Mariana as a personal trainer. I have a number of injuries which make it difficult to exercise on my own. She comes to my house and is very motivating and safety concerned. I would recommend her.

Not only does he have vast knowledge, but he is able to expertly assess your needs, and then tech you creative techniques to learn proper form quickly and accurately. I cannot recommend Frank enough!
