D J says, "Dashawn & Jesus plus the rest of the crew really helped me out when my main line became blocked DaShawn came over at short notice and did the camera inspection pointing out every detail as we both viewed my drain pipe. I did need to replace my main line pipe & I didnt have an outside clean out valve and that was installed as well. I do appreciate how they quickly helped me with this stressful situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a quality work I will call them again anytime if a plumbing issue arises"See more

Marisha P. says, "I had a wonderful experience with Pure Plumbing and highly recommend their services. I reached out for an estimate and initial consultation and Daniel responded within 12 hours. He had availability for the same day, so I sent up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Daniel reached out because an earlier time opened up and he was at my house within 30 minutes. Daniel and his work partner were professional, friendly and honest. After they did they initial inspection, they showed me the exact issue and discussed the scope of work needed. I had a rooted pipe that needed to be replaced. I feel like they gave me a fair price. My follow up appointment was a week later. They showed up on time and were kind and professional again. When they had finished digging the trench and installed the new pipe, I went outside to check it out. They explained exactly why it had fail. The original horizontal pipe was installed will rubber connectors, which should only be used with vertical pipes. When it was filled with water the weight lower the next pipe at the connection and made the opening significantly smaller, thus causes my back up. Once thet were done they showed me the finished pipe before burying it and showed me the where it entered the sewer. They buried up the pipe and left it leveled with no disturbed soil. They asked me to turn on the water to my tub for a few minutes and see if the water was slow to drain. It drained immediately and quickly. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing and will definitely reach out if I ever need a plumber again."See more

Mary M. says, "We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Steele Septic for the thoughtful, high-quality, fair, and excellent work they provided. We first worked with their team four years ago and were thoroughly impressed—then and now, their service remains outstanding. Not only are they a pleasure to deal with personally, but they also stand behind their work for a reason: they are truly the best. While other companies recommended replacing our entire system, Steele Septic carefully assessed the remaining life in our current system and offered the right solution. We simply can’t say enough great things about them! Donna W. says, "I was completely impressed with Ray’s friendly demeanor and professionalism during my explanation of the plumbing problem at hand. Specifically, my master bathroom shower drain was leaking water into the basement and causing discoloration on the ceiling tile (see photo attached) Despite paying more than one plumbing technicians in the past to resolve the issue, I discovered with the leak reoccurring that the repair done was a temporary fix with Plumber’s Putty used to patch the drain and the pipe in the basement ceiling. Ray, owner of A Plus Priority Plumbing analyzed the problem and immediately recommended that I replace the shower drain and strainer. He also added a couple of new coupling in the basement ceiling. His price was unmatched in comparison to the cost I paid to the prior plumbers who only did a temporary patch, which caused the leak to reoccur. I now have a brand new drain and a brand new sealer installed in my master bathroom shower and Ray also added two new coupling around the pipe in the basement ceiling where the water was leaking through from the drain in my bathroom shower. This time I decided to do a thorough inspection of the plumbing service provided. It was a job well done very neatly and exceeded my expectations. In addition, Ray removed all evidence of boxes, etc. from the area where he worked with no evidence left that I had repairs done that day. I hope prospective customers will trust this review and hire Ray of A Plus Priority Plumbing. Although you don’t know me, I can only promise that you will not be disappointed with the exceptional plumbing repair service Ray will provide."See more
