Best experience with handyman services I have ever had Dima was very helpful and courteous of time , he assembled my pieces in a very efficient time and assisted with moving them to the directed room of choice. The Amazon deliverers sent my items to the mailroom but he was able to help me load them and bring them across the street to my apartment with no problem. My dressers were assemble carefully and accurately.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAY BE A SCAM. THE SAME DAY I POSTED MY DRESSER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS “HAND & HAND BUSINESS” STATING THEY CAN HELP ASSEMBLE MY DRESSER WE AGREED ON A TIME AND PRICE AND I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS ALL SET. THE NEXT MORNING I TEXT TO CONFIRM AND WAS SENT A CONFIRMATION TEXT SHORTLY AFTER, I SENT MY HOME ADDRESS AS WELL AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER TEXT THAT EVERYTHING IS ALL SET.I LEFT WORK EARLY EXCITED TO GET MY DRESSER BUILT. HOWEVER I WAS DRASTICALLY LET DOWN. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 6:00pm. I TEXT AT 6:10 ASKING FOR AN ETA THEN I CALLED AND CALLED AND TEXT. HOWEVER NO ONE HAS REACHED BACK OR TO ME NOR HAS TRIED TO HAVE ANY COMMUNICATIVE RESPONSE BACK. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. I LOST OUT ON JOB HOURS WHICH IS A LOSS OF MONEY AND THAT MEANS A-LOT. PLEASE BE SKEPTICAL WHEN MAKING APPOINTMENTS WITH HAND & HAND LLC.
