I have been training with Doc for almost eight years now at two different locations. During that time he has been an extraordinary asset to me and my training. I was able to play varsity high school football and division 1 AA football thanks in part to Doc's training. He is very knowledgable in what developing athletes need, as well as how to continue training after their time in sports have ended. I have since graduated and continue to train with Doc regularly. I highly recommend his training for anyone interested in strength training, martial arts, or supplemental training for sports.
Courtney is there for you every step of the way. He's extremely thourough and welcoming of questions. He goes through the program with you from top to bottom. He makes every effort to be sure you understand how to make the program work for you. Regarding the online training- He comminunicates regularly to follow your progress. No doubt that he wants you to succeed. However, at the end of the day, your results depend on you. You are given the tools and more but you have to use them.

I have never been able to stick to a regular and frequent workout routine in my life until I joined Body Laboratory. I love food and often over eat. I’ve been working with Bakar and he has been absolutely incredible. I travel for work and it was hard for to find a trainer who would tailor to my ever changing schedule and provide me what I needed when I was away, but he has done just that and more. Since training with him my workouts have gotten to a level I was never able to manage before. I’m looking and feeling better with less frequent workouts than what I was originally doing on my own. I trained with Joel for 1 year. We trained leading up to my wedding. He helped me with my goals to feel toned and confident on my big day! He is an awesome trainer and coach. I was always impressed with his preparation for our sessions. His work outs were challenging and fun. He pushed me in areas I wouldn't have worked on my own. He gives you his full attention during your session and is great at checking in with you in between to see how your body is feeling and adjusting to the workouts. He was a joy to work with and I am sad I can't work with him since moving states. If you are thinking about personal training Joel is your guy!

Jeshua is awesome! My husband and I have been training with him 6 months now. He is great at motivating and pushing us just the right amount, without yelling like a drill sergeant! He is able to read us and know when to give us more weight as we get stronger. Jeshua uses a variety of exercises so it never gets boring. I would highly recommend Jeshua for your training needs!

Akil is a top trainer in Atlanta. His methods have held me accountable to my goals and I really enjoy his training style. Our workouts are intense but he is very attentive to making sure the exercises work well for my body type and comfort level. He is there to push me, but not to hurt me! That really makes a difference. After just a few months of training I am achieving my body and nutrition goals thanks to his guidance.

I have been working with Damon for almost 4 months now, and he is the best personal trainer that I have ever worked with. He knows exactly what to do, and what not to do according my body's functionality. I've had some issues with my knees and thighs for over a decade now, and since I've been working with Damon I can walk stairs again comfortably. He is a considerate and thoughtful trainer. He checks on me to make sure that I'm functioning well after training. I've had therapists and personal trainers in the past who don't even act like they know what they were doing and not engaging at all. I had no idea what they would be doing and how to maintain after hour treatment. With Damon, you are fully aware of what is going on, and what is needed to keep up the physical state and well-being. This is my fourth package that we are on, and I will continue to work with Damon until I can no longer work with him anymore. I would give him 100 Stars if I could! I highly recommend!
Dara is very knowledgeable and great at showing proper technique. She always has such a great training session planned to target certain areas for the day and we always move at a steady pace.
