Needing my warhorse 2010 Macbook Pro repaired, the technicians were clearly out to protect my best interests and warned that the repair was not worth the age and condition. Impressed me so much I bought a 27" iMac the same day, they even gave me a credit on for parting my dead Mac! After a couple of weeks, I noticed that my heavy Adobe usage was bogging down the "new" Mac! Sheepishly, told Travis, who owns and runs the place, my embarrassing predicament. Not really sure what they could do, but desperate. Shocked, without hesitation they recommended a better processor and let me trade the one I had been using with just a nominal upgrade fee, swapped my hard drive and memory too!
