Vaughn is a wonderful trainer and a great motivator. His workouts are challenging, fun, and exhausting! He pushes you to do your best. He takes the time to make sure your form is correct and is always suggesting things you can add to the routine for when you're working out without him. I recommend Vaughn to anyone who's looking for a dedicated and professional trainer because you will definitely see result when you train with Vaughn!
James is an exceptional trainer who has changed not only my physical look and eating habits, but my entire outlook on living a healthy life. Through the years I have had 3 other trainers and James by far has proven to be the best. James brings to the table applied knowledge, years of experience, teamwork and mush needed enthusiasm. I would highly recommend James to anyone who wants to be transformed, pushed, taught, but most of all, someone who wants guarantee results. James is the real deal, so be ready to work! Back in September of 2013 I hit my all time high of 210 pounds! Ronald is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have met in a long time. His knowledge in strength and conditioning has improved my athletic performance. I like that he focuses on muscle balance -that alone decreases so many injuries! I highly recommend him.

Jose listened, he provided an app and training program for when I am on the road for work, and kept up weekly/daily to encourage me to stick to the program. He made the workout/cardio fun, goal oriented and included healthily dietary suggestions to create a lifestyle.

I had a series of trainers over the last 20 years and none better than Anthony, not even close actually. Consistent in his calm professional demeanor week in and week out in his efforts to drive you to push hard during each work out. No work out is ever the same so he at keeping the boredom at bay. Highly reccomended.
