This is my first time working with a personal trainer. I have been working out for a long time at different gyms and I was always surprised to see how little attention the "personal trainers" paid to their customers. After my first class with David, I was completely convinced that this guy knows what he is doing and cares for his customers. He is flexible with scheduling, which is really important to accommodate my busy schedule. Second, he is looking at your form constantly. He does not care about how much you are doing but how you are doing it instead. He explains to you why is important to correct posture, control your balance, your movements, etc. He is patient and gives you reinforcement when you are doing things right. He praises your progress, no matter how little it is. He gives you tips on nutrition and additional exercises you can do at home on your own. I never look at the clock or watch while I am working out because I truly enjoy my routines with him. I wish I could do it more times a week! Thank you David! You are a "real" personal trainer!
I'm going on my second week of training and I already feel and see a difference in my body. Richard is a great personal trainer. He truly has his clients best interest at heart.
I have a lot of hesitation in hiring a personal trainer at first because sometimes i think it is too young for me to afford a personal trainer. He is a very professional trainer too. After working out with him for several times, i like how the way he trained me and although I have a very tight working schedule but he is very helpful and responsive in coping my schedule, he is very knowledgeble and he always tell me that I have great potential and forced me to my limit. She encourages and supports you the entire way through your journey. Whether your journey is physical fitness, weight loss, or the need to control a diet-related disease (i.e., diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension), etc, shes there to assist in any way she can. She keeps you focused on your goals with emails, weekly weight-ins, and weekly meal plans (complete with shopping list). She has early morning hours and WebFit 1:1 sessions (Yes, you can work out from the comfort of your own home with just an internet connection and a web browser). Her HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are exactly that -- intensive, but worth every ounce of sweat. She will also work with you to modify any exercises that may be difficult or uncomfortable for you to perform. [I am top heavy and she taught me modified versions of some moves, so that I would feel less discomfort during workouts.] If you do your part (i.e., work out regularly, modify diet), La Monica will make sure you reach your goal. Ronald is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have met in a long time. His knowledge in strength and conditioning has improved my athletic performance. I like that he focuses on muscle balance -that alone decreases so many injuries! I highly recommend him.

I've trained with many trainers but he, along with the other amazing men of I Can Fitness, guarantee results as long as you are willing to put in the work. He pushes you beyond what you think are you limits and you leave there with so much power and enthusiasm and anticipation for the next class. In todayâs pop culture driven climate, personal training and fitness classes have become all the rage. Consequently, masses of âtrainersâ have surfaced to satisfy the growing demand. As a result it is very much up to the consumer to research their choices in order to avoid getting caught up with someone who is just fulfilling an opening. This is how I happened upon Anthony Gugliotta. I visited several gyms and even went as far as hiring private personal trainers in order to find the right fit for me. What I realized while exploring options is that there is a big difference between the instructor who trains as a hobby and the one who trains for a living. Anthony exemplifies all that I was looking for in a trainer. First and foremost, he lives a healthy lifestyle. He is the example of clean eating and working out. His lifestyle choices encourage and motivate me to give all I can to each workout because I know he is doing the same. He is organized and creative making each class unique. He gets to know his clients on a personal basis thus challenging each one individually to raise their bar. There is nothing easy about his workouts but, as a result, I leave feeling accomplished and proud of what I was able to do. I will close by saying I am not a fitness guru. I am uncoordinated, a little spastic, and I require a lot of patience. Anthony laughs a lot with (at) me adding the element of humor to each class. Time and money always lack for me so quality is a priority in everything I participate in. If you're serious about getting or staying in shape and donât want to get caught up in a trendy fitness regime I recommend undertaking an âAnthonyâ workout to help you set your standard.
Jason Laitsch has been my personal trainer for the last two years. Over that time he has guided me through about 200 sessions. Even though I'm approaching 50 years old, my strength has increased dramatically, my body fat percentage is much lower, and my overall fitness level is the best it's been since I was a teenager. He is very professional and is able to tailor a fitness program to achieve whatever goals his clients have. I highly recommend him.
